Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membandingkan pengaruh kebutuhan berprestasi, dukungan keluarga, efikasi diri, sikap, dan niat berwirausaha di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Borneo dan Universitas Kaltara dengan pendekatan theory of planned behavior. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 350 responden, untuk responden Universitas Borneo sebanyak 175 responden dan Universitas Kaltara sebanyak 175 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang di operasionalkan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel kebutuhan berprestasi, dukungan keluarga, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap dan variabel sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berwirausaha mahasiswa Universitas Borneo dan Universitas Kaltara. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata antara mahasiswa Universitas Borneo dan Universitas Kaltara dimana tingkat Kebutuhan Beprestasi mahasiswa Universitas Kaltara lebih besar dibandingkan Universitas Borneo, sedangkan tingkat Dukungan Keluarga, Efikasi Diri, dan Sikap mahasiswa Universitas Borneo lebih besar dibandingkan Universitas Kaltara.

This Study Aimed To Examine And Compare The Influence Of Achievement Needs, Family Support, Self-Efficacy, Attitudes, And Entrepreneurial Intentions Among Students At The Universitas Borneo And Universitas Kaltara Using The Theory Of Planned Behavior Approach. The Sampling Method Used Was Nonprobability Sampling, Namely Purposive Sampling. The Number Of Samples Used Was 350 Respondents, For Universitas Borneo Respondents Were 175 Respondents And Universitas Kaltara Were 175 Respondents. Questionnaires Were Distributed To Gather Data. SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), Which Was Carried Out Using Smartpls 4.0 Software, Was The Analysis Method Employed. The Study's Findings Showed That The Need For Achievement, Family Support, And Self-Efficacy Variables Had A Positive And Significant Impact On Attitudes, And The Attitude Variable Had A Positive And Significant Impact On Students At The Universitas Borneo And Universitas Kaltara's Intention To Start Their Own Business. The Level Of Achievement Needs Was Higher For Students At Universitas Borneo Than It Was For Students At Universitas Kaltara, Whereas The Levels Of Family Support, Self-Efficacy, And Attitudes Were Higher For Universitas Borneo Students Than They Were For Universitas Kaltara Students.
