Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji layanan Sistem Layanan Akademik (Siakad) dengan pendekatan UTAUT pada Mahasiswa Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrument berupa kuesioner dan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu metode Purposive Sampling. Jumlah responden sebanyak 350. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang dioperasionalkan menggunakan software S-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ekspetasi kinerja berpengaruh positif terhadap niat menggunakan, ekspetasi usaha berpengaruh positif terhadap niat menggunakan, kondisi fasilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan actual dan niat menggunakan berpengaruh positif terhadap penggunaan aktual. Hal ini menunjukkan ekspetasi kinerja maupun ekspetasi usaha mampu mendorong niat menggunakan seorang mahasiswa dalam memakai website Siakad UBT, kondisi fasilitas juga memiliki peran penting karena semakin baik fasilitas seorang mahasiswa dalam mengakses website Siakad UBT maka mahasiswa akan menggunakan website Siakad UBT secara terus-menerus dan niat menggunakan juga dapat menumbuhkan niat untuk menggunakan website Siakad UBT secara terus menerus.
