Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk hasil Belajar IPA Materi indera manusia menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan multimedia pada siswa kelas SDN 0A2 Tanjung Selor.
Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, yang masing-masing siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kelas IV yang berjumlah 22 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunak.an adalah tes dan observasi.
Hasil penelitian di siklus I, persentase ketuntasan siswa adalah 68,70% dan di siklus II adalah 91,66%, Sedangkan,rata-rata nilai siswa di siklus I adalah 6,94 dan di siklus ll adalah 7.81. Ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa telah mencapai indikator kesuksesan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model pembelajaran kooperatif berbantuan Multimedia bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA di kelas IV SDN 012 Tanjung Selor.

The objective of this research was to improve students' natural science achievement by using cooperative learning and Multimedia at the fourth grade students of SDN 012 Tanjung Selor. The design of this research used classroom action research The research was done in two cycles, each cycle consist of some steps; Planning Implementing, Observing, Reflecting The research was conducted at the fourth grade students and the subjects of this research were 24 students. The research instruments were test and observation. Based on the result of study in first cycle, the number of percentage was 68.70% and the second cycle was 91,66% While, the students' average score in first cycle was 6.94 and in second cycle was 781. It indicates that students have gained the criteria of success in this research. By understanding the result of this study, it can be concluded that the use of Cooperative Learning Model and Multimedia can improve students' natural science achievement at the fourth grade students of SDN 012 Tanjung Selor.
