Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui validitas, (2) realibilitas, (3) daya pembeda, dan (4) tingkat kesukaran butir soal literasi sains Biologi menggunakan software SPSS 22 for Windows. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Soal literasi sains Biologi yang dianalisis merupakan soal essay dengan tipe soal A dan tipe soal B. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 49 mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Angkatan 2020 di Universitas Borneo Tarakan dengan kualifikasi telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Biokimia dengan materi karbohidrat. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Validitas soal tipe A ditemukan 5 soal valid (100%) dan tipe B ditemukan 7 soal valid (77,7%) dan 2 soal tidak valid (22,2%). (2) Reliabilitas soal tipe A cukup reliabel (0,45) soal tipe B reliabel (0,73). (3) Tingkat kesukaran pada soal tipe A ditemukan 4 soal kategori mudah (80%) dan 1 soal termasuk sedang (20%), sedangkan pada soal tipe B ditemukan 6 soal sedang (85,71%) dan 1 soal termasuk mudah (14,28%). (4) Daya pembeda, pada soal tipe A terdapat 2 soal kategori jelek (40%) dan 3 soal kategori baik (60%) dan soal tipe B terdapat 2 soal sedang (28,5%) dan 5 soal baik (71,4%). Implikasi yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah mendukung penulisan butir soal yang efektif, memberi masukan kepada pembuat soal tentang tingkat kesulitan soal, serta soal yang telah dinyatakan valid dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam rangka merancang tes yang akan datang dengan usaha berupa perbaikan dan penyesuaian serta penyempurnaan bagian tertentu.

This study aims to (1) determine the validity, (2) reliability, (3) discriminatory power, and (4) the level of difficulty of Biology science literacy items using SPSS 22 for Windows software. This research was quantitative descriptive analysis research. The biological science literacy questions analyzed were essay questions with type A and type B questions. The subjects of this research were 49 students who had completed the Biochemistry course with carbohydrates majoring in Biology Education academic year 2020 at University Borneo Tarakan. The data collection was test and documentation methods. The results showed that (1) the validity of the type A questions found 5 valid questions (100%) and type B found 7 valid questions (77.7%), and 2 questions were invalid (22.2%). (2) The reliability of the type A questions showed was quite reliable (0.45), and the type B questions were also reliable (0.73). (3) The level of difficulty in type A questions found 4 easy category questions (80%) and 1 item was moderate (20%), while in type B questions found 6 moderate questions (85.71%) and 1 question was categorized easy (14,28%). (4) In distinguishing power, there were 2 bad category questions (40%) and 3 good category questions (60%) in type A questions, and in type B questions there were 2 medium questions (28.5%) and 5 good questions (71.4 %). The implications of this research were to support the writing of effective items and provide input to question makers about the difficulty level of the questions, and questions that have been identified as valid can be used as material for consideration in designing future tests with modifying, adjusting, and refining certain parts Keywords : Problem Analysis.
