Pemeriksaan CVP merupakan salah satu teknik pemantauan hemodinamik penderita yang wajib dimonitor oleh petugas di unit perawatan intensif. Pemeriksaan lain untuk menilai hemodinamik dan sirkulasi pasien adalah dengan melakukan pemeriksaan Jugularis Venous Pressure (JVP), dimana merupakan tindakan mandiri keperawatan dan bersifat non invasif. Tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk melihat perbedaan nilai CVP (Central Venous Pressure) dan JVP (Jugular Venous Presuure) pada pasien kritis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi komparatif. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan klien di Ruang ICU di RSUD dr. H.Jusuf SK Tarakan periode September 2022 hingga Oktober 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode consecutive sampling sehingga diperoleh 70 responden sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Hasil: Data variabel berdistribusi normal setelah diuji dengan Kolmogorov-Smirnov. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji dependent T test yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan p=0,001 (p value < 0,05), sehingga menunjukkan adanya perbedaan antara nilai CVP dan JVP. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna antara nilai pengukuran CVP dan JVP pada pasien kritis yang dirawat di ruang ICU RSUD dr. H. Jusuf SK Tarakan.

CVP examination is a hemodynamic monitoring technique for the patient monitored by officers in the intensive care unit. Another examination to assess the patient's hemodynamics and circulation is a Jugular Venous Pressure (JVP) examination which is an independent nursing action and non-invasive characteristic. The aim of this study was to see differences in CVP (Central Venous Pressure) and JVP (Jugular Venous Pressure) values in critical patients. This type of research is a comparative study. The population of this study was clients in the ICU room at dr. H.Jusuf SK Tarakan for the period September 2022 to October 2022. The sampling technique was carried out using the consecutive sampling method, so it was 70 respondents obtained according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Result: The variable data were normally distributed after being tested with Kolmogorov-Smirnov. The test used in this research was the dependent T test which showed a significant value of p 0.001 (p-value < 0.05), thus indicating a difference between the CVP and JVP values. The research conclusion showed a signification difference between the CVP and JVP measurement values in critical patients treated in the ICU room of dr. H. Jusuf SK Tarakan.
