Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan seberapa besar pengaruh kesehatan keselamatan kerja (K3), lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Prima Bahagia Permai Desa Antutan Kabupaten Bulungan. Penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan bagian panen pada PT. Prima Bahagia Permai Desa Antutan Kabupaten Bulungan. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi berganda dengan uji t (parsial) dengan bantuan program SPSS menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan keselamatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Prima Bahagia Permai Desa Antutan Kabupaten Bulungan.

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of occupational health and safety (K3), work environment, and work motivation on the employee performance of PT. Prima Happy Permai, Antutan Village, Bulungan District. This study used a quantitative approach employing questionnaires and interview methods. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability samplimg with a total sample of 60 employees at PT. Prima Happy Permai, Antutan Village, Bulungan District. A hyphothesis test on the multiple linear regression model with the t-test (Parsial) was carried out using SPSS program. The analysis result of multiple regression with the t-test (Parsial) using SPSS program showed that occupational health and safety (K3) had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance, work environtment had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT.
