Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Client Centered berpengaruh terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMP N 10 Tarakan. Kedisiplinan siswa merupakan suatau tingkah laku yang dapat ditunjukan dengan menaati aturan-aturan yang berlaku yang dapat ditunjukan dengan menaati aturan-aturan yang berlaku yang telah disepakati bersama. Penelitian ini di lakukan di SMP N 10 Tarakan, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan siswa kelas VIII yang populasinya berjumlah 60 siswa dan penarikan sampel yang digunakan random sampling yang sampelnya berjumlah 12 siswa. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis deskriptif,analisis inferensial, dan skala kedisiplinan siswa dengan uji hipotesis uji Wilcoxon. Adapun uji Wilcoxon signed rank test versi 24.0, hasil analisis berdasarkan tes statistik dari uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test diperoleh Zhitung -3.063, kemudian nilai Asymptotic sig (2-tailed) untuk uji dua arah sebesar 0.002 ˂ 0.05, Terdapat pengaruh teknik Client Centered terhadap kedisiplinan siswa di SMP N 10 Tarakan. Hal tersebut terlihat pada skor Pretest yang di peroleh Pada pemberian pretest dari 12 siswa yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian, terdapat 6 (50%) siswa memiliki tinggkat kedisiplinan sangat kurang, 6 (50%) siswa memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan kurang. Pada pemberian posttest terdapat 6 (50%) siswa yang memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan sangat tinggi, 6 (50%) siswa yang memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan tinggi.

The purpose of this study was to determine the group counseling services with Client Centered techniques affecting student discipline at SMP N 10 Tarakan. Student discipline is a form of behavior that can be shown by obeying the applicable rules that can be shown by obeying the applicable rules that have been mutually agreed upon. This research was conducted at SMP N 10 Tarakan. This study was an experimental study with a quantitative approach with class VIII students whose population was 60 students and the sampling used Random sampling which samples were 12 students. Data processing used descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and student discipline scales with the Wilcoxon hypothesis test. As for the Wilcoxon signed rank test version 24.0, the analysis results based on statistical tests from the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test was obtained Z-score was -3,063, then the Asymptotic sig (2-tailed) value for the two- way test was 0.002 < 0.05. There was an influence of the Client Centered technique on student discipline at SMP N 10 Tarakan. It can be seen from Pretest scores obtained. In pretest of 12 students who were sampled in the study, there were 6 students (50%) who had a very less level of discipline, 6 students (50%) had less level of discipline. In posttest, there were 6 students (50%) who had a very high level of discipline, 6 students (50%) who had a high level of discipline.
