Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru PJOK SDN 003 Tarakan terhadap pembelajaran PJOK dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang berfokus pada persepsi guru PJOK SDN 003 Tarakan terkait proses pembelajaran PJOK, sarana dan pra sarana pembelajaran PJOK dan Evaluasi pembelajaran PJOK dimasa pandemi COVID-19. Sumber data berupa data primer yang didapatkan dari informan yaitu, Kepala Sekolah dan Guru bidang studi PJOK SDN 003 Tarakan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Serta menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan proses reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) persepsi guru PJOK terhadap proses pembelajaran PJOK dimasa pandemi COVID-19 menyatakan bahwa proses pembelajaran masih berjalan kurang efektif. (2) persepsi guru terhadap sarana pembelajaran PJOK dimasa pandemi COVID-19 menyatakan bahwa masih ada kekurangan yang didapati berupa ketersediaan jaringan internet, sulitnya peserta didik memahami materi pembelajaran karena penyampaian menggunakan video dan aplikasi WhatsApp, (3) persepsi guru terhadap evaluasi pembelajaran PJOK di masa pandemi COVID-19 menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran kurang efektif dikarenakan nilai peserta didik mengalami peningkatan karena adanya bantuan dari orang tua peserta didik dalam proses pengerjaan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru.

This Study aimed to determine the perceptions of PJOK teacher of SDN 003 Tarakan towards PJOK learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive design. This research focused on the perceptions of PJOK teachers of SDN 003 Tarakan regarding the PJOK learning process, PJOK learning facilities and infrastructure, and PJOK learning evaluation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sources of data in this study used primary data obtained from informants: the principal and teacher of the PJOK SDN 003 Tarakan. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction processes, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result showed that (1) the PJOK teacher’s perception of the PJOK learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic stated that the learning process was still running ineffectively. (2) the perception of PJOK teacher’s on learning facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic stated that were still found deficiencies in the availability of the internet network and the difficulty for student to understand learning material because the delivery used videos and the WhatsApp application. (3) the teachers perception of evaluating PJOK learning in the past COVID-19 pandemic states that learning was ineffective because student’s grades have increased due to assistance from the student’s parents when the process of carrying out assignments given by the teacher.
