Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe picture and picture di kelas V SDN 004 Peso. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdapat 3 tahapan yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan dan pelaporan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar, lembar penilaian afektif siswa, lembar penilaian psikomotorik siswa dan lembar aktivitas pengamatan guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran.
Rata-rata hasil belajar pada aspek afektif untuk semua aspek yang diperoleh siswa pada siklus I ke siklus II meningkat sebesar 24,6. Kemudian untuk aspek psikomotorik rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dari semua aspek penilaian juga mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 24. Sedangkan rata-rata hasil belajar pada aspek kognitif meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 23,08%. Maka, presentase keberhasilan belajar secara klasikal pada siklus I sebesar 61,53% meningkat menjadi 84,61% pada siklus II.
Kesimpulan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini adalah meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe picture and picture di kelas V SDN 004 Peso dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Classroom Action Research (CAR) aims to increase the result of study of IPS through in learning method of cooperative Learning type picture and picture in class V SDN 004 Kecamatan Peso. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) by using 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 stages they are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Technique of collecting data that used consists of 3 stages they are preparing, implementing, and reporting. Instrument of collecting data that used is the test result, scorimh sheet of effective student, scoring sheet of psychometric students, and observation sheet for the teachers in learning management. The average of result for aspect of affective to all aspects in students results of the first cycle to the second cycle reached 24,6. Then psychometric aspect the average that got by the students from all assessment aspects was also increased from first cycle to the second cycle reached 24. Meanwhile, the average of results of study in cognitive aspects was increased from first cycle to second cycle reached 23,08%. So, the percentage of learning achievement classically in first cycle reached 61.53% increased to 84,61% in second cycle. The conclusion of this Classroom Action Research (CAR) is improving result of study in IPS through in learning method of cooperative type picture and picture in class V SDN 004 Kecamatan Peso could increase the result of study of the students.
