Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V-B SDN 028 Tarakan melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe examples non examples.
Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SDN 028 Tarakan pada semester II tahun ajaran 2013/2014, dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V-B SDN 028 Tarakan yang berjumlah 31 siswa dengan siswa laki-laki berjumlah 19 siswa dan perempuan berjumlah 12 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Prosedur tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi (pengamatan) dan refleksi. Instrument penelitian untuk memperoleh data adalah lembar observasi kegiatan siswa, lembar observasi kegiatan guru, tes hasil belajar (aspek kognitif), lembar penilaian aspek psikomotorik, dan lembar penilaian aspek afektif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus, sebelum diberikan tindakan ketuntasan belajar adalah 23% dan setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif menjadi 48% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 77%. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek psikomotorik pada siklus I 52% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90%. Kemudian ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif pada siklus I 55% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 81%. maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian sudah berhasil dan sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan.

The aim of this research is to increase the results of learning mathematics using examples-non examples type cooperative learning model to grade V-B learners at SDN 028 Tarakan. This is classroom action research which was conducted during the second semester of 2013/2014. The subjects were 31 learners of SDN 028 Tarakan, 19 females and 12 males. This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consists of two meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research instruments consisted of observation sheets of learners’ activities, observation sheets of teacher’s activities, test on cognitive aspect, assessment sheets of learners’ psychomotor and affective aspects. The research findings showed that there was an increase in learners’ learning achievements. This can be seen from learning results of each cycle. Before given the treatment, the learners’ level of minimum accomplishment was 23%. For the cognitive aspect, after given the treatment the level reached 48% at the first cycle and 77% at the second one. For the psychomotor aspect, the level reached 52% at the first cycle and 90% at the second one. For the affective aspect, the level was 55% at the first cycle and reached 81% at the second one.
