Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada tema Hidup Rukun dengan Menggunakan model pembelajaran tematik berbasis media TIK di kelas II SDN 014 Tarakan Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dengan empat (4) tahapan yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Dari observasi hasil belajar sebelum penelitian hanya (75%) mencapai nilai IPA dengan KKM 65, sedang (35%) belum mencapai nilai KKM. Hanya (60%) mencapai nilai KKM 65 untuk materi PKN, sedang (40%) belum mencapai nilai KKM 65. Pada siklus I hasil belajar ranah kognitif mencapai ketuntasan 68% dari 28 siswa, ranah afektif 60% siswa mencapai nilai kategori baik. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan, hasil belajar ranah kognitif mencapai 83% dari 28 siswa, pada ranah afektif mencapai 93% siswa dengan nilai kategori baik.
Kesimpulan dari PTK ini adalah hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN 014 pada tema Hidup Rukun dapat di tingkatkan dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Tematik (PKN, IPA) Berbasis Media Tik.

This research purposes to improve learning outcomes on the theme of Life Pillars by Using media-based learning model thematic ICT in class II SDN 014 Tarakan action research was conducted in two cycles with four (4) phases: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. From the observation of learning outcomes before the study only (75%) reached a value of IPA with KKM 65, moderate (35%) have not reached the KKM. Only (60%) reached a value of 65 for the material KKM PKN, moderate (40%) have not reached the KKM 65. In the first cycle cognitive learning outcomes achieve mastery 68% of the 28 students, 60% of students affective reached a value of either category. In the second cycle improvements, cognitive learning results reached 83% of the 28 students in the affective domain reached 93% of students with a value of either category. The conclusion of this PTK is the result of students' class II SDN 014 on the theme of Life Pillars can be improved by the use of Thematic learning model (PKN, IPA) Based Media Tik.
