Penelitian dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun pembelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN 006 Tarakan.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian percobaan (Experiment Research). Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik Purposive Sampling yang terdiri atas dua kelas yaitu kelas V A sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas V B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data hasil penelitian adalah statistik deskriptif dan uji statistic independent sample test.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kelas eksperimen yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) lebih besar daripada hasil belajar kelas kontrol yang diajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional atau ceramah klasikal. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 84,44 dan kelas kontrol sebesar 63,70. Selain itu, juga dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan thitung > ttabel yakni 6,3815 > 1,6681. Dengan demikian, penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

The study was conducted on odd semester 2015/2016 learning year. The study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Students Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) on learning outcomes of mathematics students class V SDN 006 Tarakan. This research is a experimental studies (Experimental Research). Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique which consists of two classes, namely class VA as a control class and a class VB as a class experiment. Analysis of the data used to analyze the research data is descriptive statistics and statistical tests independent sample test. The results showed that the experimental class learning outcomes are taught using cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) is greater than the control class learning outcomes are taught using conventional teaching or lecturing classical. This can be evidenced by the acquisition of an average value of 84.44 posttest experimental class and control class is 63,70. In addition, it can also be seen from the results of the hypothesis test with tcount > ttable is 6.3815 > 1.6681. Thus, the use of cooperative learning model Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) have a significant influence on student learning outcomes.
