Jenis penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV C SDN 012 Tarakan pada pembelajaran PKn menggunakan model kooperatif tipe Think Pair and Share (TPS). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam II siklus, mulai tanggal 24 Mei – 16 Juni 2016. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas IV C SDN 012 Tarakan dengan jumlah 32 siswa.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair and Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa materi Globalisasi di kelas IV C SDN 012 Tarakan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar kognitif pada siklus I siswa sebesar 59% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75%. Kemudian hasil belajar afektif siklus I sebesar 44%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84%. Kemudian hasil belajar psikomotorik siklus I sebesar 71%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 84%. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian sudah berhasil dan sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan.

Research method is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research aims to improve the students learning result of PKn for fourth grade of SDN 012 Tarakan through cooperative learning model type Think Pair and Share (TPS). This research has two cycle, May 24rd – June 16th 2016. The subject of this research is fourth grade students of SDN 012 Tarakan. The total members of the population is 32 students. Result of the research show that cooperative learning model type Think Pair and Share (TPS) could improve students learning results of PKn on Globalization for fourth grade students of SDN 012 Tarakan. First, the percentage of students cognitive learning results on first cycle of 59% on second cycle increased of 75%. Then affective learning results on first cycle is 44% on second cycle become 84% and the last one psycomotoric learning results on first cycle of 71% and second cycle increased of 84%. That’s mean that the research was succesfully and accordance with the indicators of success. Keywords: PKn, Learning Result, Think Pair and Share (TPS)
