Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas VB menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe cooperative script di SDN 009 Tarakan.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SDN 009 Tarakan pada semester I tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VB SDN 009 Tarakan yang berjumlah 26 siswa dengan siswa laki-laki berjumlah 12 siswa dan perempuan berjumlah 14 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Prosedur tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan siswa, lembar observasi kegiatan guru, penilaian aspek kognitif (tes hasil belajar), aspek afektif (tanggung jawab, peduli dan responsif), dan aspek psikomotorik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe cooperative script dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn materi NKRI siswa kelas VB SDN 009 Tarakan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus, pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif 75% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85,6%. Pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif 75% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83%. Kemudian pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek psikomotorik 75% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 82,5%. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian sudah berhasil dan sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan.

The objective of this study is to improve students’ learning achievement at Civic by using model of cooperative learning type cooperative script for the students of VB class in SDN 009 Tarakan. The research design of this study is classroom action research (CAR) that is done in SDN 004 Tarakan at first semester in academic year of 2016/2017. The subjects of this research are students of VB class in SDN 009 Tarakan amount of the students are 26 which consist of 12 male and 14 female students. The research is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The data of this study are gathered by using instrument which are students’ observation sheet, teachers’ observation sheet, cognitive assessment (test of learning achievement), affective assessment (responsibility, care and responsif) and psychomotor assessment. The result of this research shows that by implementing model of cooperative learning type cooperative script can improve students’ learning achievement at Civic especially for NKRI material for students’ at the VB class in SDN 009 Tarakan. It can be seen by the students’ achievement result in each cycle, in cycle I, the percentage of students’ completeness in cognitive aspect is 75%, and having an improvement in cycle II, that is 85.6%. In addition, in cycle I, the percentage of students’ completeness in affective aspect is 75%, and having an improvement in cycle II, that is 83%. Next, in cycle I, the percentage of students’ completeness in psychomotor aspect is 75%, and having an improvement in cycle II, that is 82.5%.
