Abstract

Guru sebagai kunci utama yang menerapkan Standar Proses pendidikan oleh karena itu setidaknya guru harus mengetahui beberapa hal dalam pelaksanaannya, alasan tersebut peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian mengenai standar proses. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana implementasi standar proses pada proses perencanaan pembelajaran di SDN 003 Tarakan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan SDN 003 Tarakan dan subjek dari penelitian ini adalah dua guru kelas II dan IV di SDN 003 Tarakan. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi pelaksanaan standar proses pada proses pembelajaran di SDN 003 Tarakan. Sedangkan dimensi penelitan ini hanya meliputi perencanaan proses pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian kualitatif adalah peneliti sendiri, sedangkan instrument pendukung berupa catatan lapangan dan handphone dengan voice recorder. Peneliti menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display) dan penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber dalam memenuhi keabsahan data.
Berdasarkan hasil yand diperoleh diketahui bahwa pada proses pembelajaran meliputi silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP). Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) merupakan sebuah rencana kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka untuk satu pertemuan atau lebih yang harus disusun oleh seorang guru sebagai bentuk keseriusannya dalam menyusun perencanaan proses pembelajaran. Hal lain yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pembuatan RPP yaitu dirancang sesuai dengan komponen-komponen penting,. adapun komponen-komponen RPP yang ada di sekolah dasar meliputi: identitas mata pelajaran. standar kompetensi, kompetensi dasar, indikator pencapaian kompetensi, tujuan pembelajaran, materi ajar, alokasi waktu, metode pembelajaran, kegiatan pembelajaran, penilaian hasil belajar dan sumber belajar.

Teacher as the main key for implementing the standards of education process so that at least teacher must know some things for the implementation, based on that reason the researcher are interested in doing research about standard processes. The purpose of this research is to explain how the implementation of standard process is done planning the learning process at SDN 003 Tarakan. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. This research is conducted in SDN 003 Tarakan and the subject of this research are two teachers of class II and IV in SDN 003 Tarakan. The focus of this research is the implementation of standard process implementation in the learning process at SDN 003 Tarakan. While the dimension of this research only planning the learning process. Research instrument in qualitative is the researcher herself, while supporting instruments in the form of field notes and mobile phone with voice recorder. Researcher uses interviews and, and documentation as data collection techniques. Data collection techniques include data reduction, data display and verification. This research uses triangulation technique and source triangulation in fulfilling the validity of data. Based on the results obtained which known that the learning process includes syllabus and learning implementation plan (RPP). The Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) is a plan of face-to-face learning activities for one or more meetings that should be drawn up by a teacher as a form of seriousness in planning the learning process. Another thing to consider in making the RPP is designed in accordance with the important components. As for the components of RPP in elementary school include: the identity of the subjects. Competency standards, basic competencies, competency achievement indicators, learning objectives, teaching materials, time allocation, learning methods, learning activities, assessment of learning outcomes and learning resources.
