Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran active knowledge sharing Kelas IV B SDN 013 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di SDN 013 Tarakan pada semester I tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 013 Tarakan yang berjumlah 30 siswa dengan siswa laki-laki berjumlah 14 siswa dan perempuan berjumlah 16 siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Prosedur tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan siswa, lembar observasi kegiatan guru, penilaian aspek kognitif (tes hasil belajar), aspek afektif (kerja sama kelompok, disiplin dan santun), dan aspek psikomotorik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Active knowledge sharing meningkatnya hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV B SDN 013 Tarakan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus, pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif 53% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi93%. Padasiklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif 63% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90%. Kemudian pada siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek psikomotorik 67% pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83%. Maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian sudah berhasil dan sesuai dengan indicator keberhasilan.

The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS with the application of active learning sharing Model IV B SDN 013 Tarakan. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted at SDN 013 Tarakan in second semester of academic year 2015/2016. The subjects of the study were the fourth grade students of SDN 013 Tarakan, which amounted to 30 students with male students totaling 14 students and 16 students. This study was conducted in 2 cycles per cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The procedure of each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data obtained in this research include observation sheet of student activity, observation sheet of teacher activity, cognitive aspect assessment (test result of learning), affective aspect (group cooperation, discipline and polite), and psychomotor aspect. The results showed that by applying the Active Knowledge Learning Model can improve the learning outcomes of IPS students of grade IV B SDN 013 Tarakan. This can be seen from the results obtained in each cycle, in the first cycle of students' learning achievement cognitive aspects 53% in cycle II increased to 93%. cycle I mastery of student learning result affective aspects 63% in cycle II increased to 90%. Then in cycle I mastery of students' learning outcomes psychomotor aspect 67% in cycle II increased to 83%.
