Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa buku saku berbasis kearifan lokal pada tema 8 subtema 1 dengan menggunakan buku saku dapat memperoleh informasi tanpa banyak membuang waktu dan bisa dibawa kemana-mana agar tercapai pembelajaran yang efektif, efisien, dan menarik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) berdasarkan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 007 Tarakan dengan jumlah sebanyak 5 orang siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu, observasi, wawancara, lembar validasi, dan lembar angket kemenarikan siswa. Hasil penelitian buku saku yang diperoleh dari lembar validasi dikatakan sangat layak dan angket respon kemenarikan siswa dikatakan sangat menarik. Berdasarkan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli media diperoleh persentase rata rata mencapai 88%. Kemudian angket respon kemenarikan siswa pada uji coba terbatas mencapai 88%. Berdasarkan perolehan skor rata-rata validator dan persentase respon kemenarikan siswa pada uji coba terbatas maka media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis kearifan lokal layak digunakan dan menarik bagi siswa.

This study aimed to produce learning media in the form of a pocket book based on local wisdom on the theme of 8 sub-themes 1. The use of this media was meant to obtain information without wasting much time and it cou1d be carried everywhere in order to achieve effective, efficient, and interesting learning. This Research and Development (R&D) study was based on the ADDIE model which consisted of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects of this study were fifth grade students of SDN 007 Tarakan with a total of 5 students. The data collection instruments were observation, interviews, validation sheets, and student attractiveness questionnaires. The results obtained from the validation sheet were said to be very feasible and the student attractiveness response questionnaire was said to be very interesting. Based on the assessments made by material experts, linguists, and media experts, the average percentage was 88%. The questionnaire response to student attractiveness in limited trials reached 88%. Based on the average score from the validators and the percentage of student attractiveness responses to limited trials, the pocket book learning media based on local wisdom was considered feasible and attractive to students.
