
Dampak Bullying Pada Proses Pembelajaran Di SDN 005 Tarakan

Abstract
Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan fokus penelitian yakni bentuk-bentuk bullying, faktor penyebab terjadinya bullying dan dampak bullying. Sumber data dalam penelitian yakni data primer dan data skunder. Informan pada penelitian yakni pelaku bullying, korban bullying, teman pelaku bullying, kepala sekolah, dan guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk bullying yang terjadi pada saat proses pembelajaran yakni: (a) Bullying fisik seperti pemukulan, penjeweran, penamparan, pencubitan dan penendangan; (b) Bullying verbal seperti memanggil dengan nama buruk, mengejek, mengolok-olok, dan pengancaman; (c) Bullying psikis seperti pengucilan (tidak berteman) dan mempermalukan. Faktor penyebab terjadinya bullying pada proses pembelajaran yakni (a) Kecenderungan korban seperti memiliki sifat pemalu, pendiam, kurang dalam pelajaran, sulit berteman, banyak bicara, suka tertawa sendiri ketika diberi pertanyaan, cenggeng dan orang yang dianggap lemah; (b) Kecenderungan pelaku seperti merasa sok hebat, berkuasa, memiliki masalah pengendalian emosi dan memiliki kepuasaan saat menggangu temannya; (c) Situasi yang memungkinkan terjadinya bullying pada saat proses pembelajaran yakni rendahnya pengawasan dari guru. Dampak bullying pada proses pembelajaran yakni: (a) Dampak bagi korban yakni kepercayaan diri rendah, rendah diri, sakit, membenci lingkungan sosialnya, memiliki konsep diri yang rendah, pemalu dan penakut; (b) Dampak bagi pelaku yakni mendapatkan label negative dan perlakuan bullying sebagai akibat dari tindakan yang dilakukannya.

The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research focus, namely the forms of bullying, the factors causing bullying and the impact of bullying. Sources of data in the study are primary data and secondary data. Informants in the research are bullying perpetrators, bullying victims, bullying friends, school principals, and class teachers. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation as well as using data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results show that the forms of bullying that occur during the learning process are: (a) Physical bullying such as beating, striking, slapping, pinching and kicking; (b) Verbal bullying such as calling with a bad name, mocking, making fun of, and threatening; (c) Psychic bullying such as exclusion (not friends) and humiliation. Factors causing bullying in the learning process are (a) The tendency of victims such as being shy, quiet, lacking in lessons, difficulty in making friends, talking a lot, like laughing to themselves when asked questions, gripping and people who are considered weak; (b) The propensity of the offender such as feeling pretentious, powerful, having emotional control problems and having satisfaction when bothering his friend; (c) Situations that allow bullying during the learning process, namely the lack of supervision from the teacher. The impact of bullying on the learning process, namely: (a) The impact on the victim is low self-esteem, low self-esteem, illness, hates the social environment, has a low self-concept, timid and timid; (b) The impact on the offender is to get a negative label and bullying treatment as a result of the action taken.
