Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu pertama, untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi dari tuturan guru bahasa Indonesia dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. Tujuan kedua, yaitu mendeskripsikan fungsi dari masing-masing bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi dan perlokusi dari tuturan guru bahasa Indonesia dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data penelitian yaitu tuturan dari guru dan peserta didik SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik rekam, simak dan catat. Penentuan data dalam tindak tutur guru bahasa Indonesia dalam proses pembelajar di SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan berdasarkan pada konteks tuturan dan bentuk tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi, dan perlokusi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 44 data tindak tutur. Tindak tutur lokusi berjumlah 16 data, tindak tutur ilokusi berjumlah 14 data dan di antaranya 2 tindak tutur ilokusi asertif: fungsi menyatakan, 10 tindak tutur ilokusi direktif: fungsi meminta, dan 3 tindak tutur ilokusi ekspresif: fungsi memberikan ucapan terima kasih dan memberi pujian, sedangkan tindak tutur perlokusi berjumlah 13 data. Berdasarkan hasil yang ditemukan tindak tutur yang paling mendominasi adalah tindak tutur lokusi dengan jumlah 16 data karena pada tindak tutur guru bahasa Indonesia dalam proses pembelajaran lebih banyak menggunakan tindak tutur lokusi yang memiliki tujuan memberi informasi dan pertanyaan kepada mitra tutur (peserta didik). Pada penelitian ini ditemukan juga tindak tutur lokusi, ilokusi dan perlokusi saling berkaitan karena ketika penutur menuturkan lokusi dan ilokusi terdapat respon verbal maupun nonverbal dari mitra tutur yang sesuai dengan keinginan penutur, maka hal tersebut merupakan perlokusi.

The purpose of this study was, first, to describe the form of locution, illocutionari, and perlocutionary speech acts from the Indonesian language teachers speech in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. The second was to describe the functions of locution, illocutionary, and perlocutionary speaking acts from the Indonesian language teachers speech in the learning process at SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. This research was qualitative. The research data were speeches from teachers and students of SMP Negeri 3 Tarakan. The data was obtained by using the technique of recording, listening, and taking notes. The data determination of the Indonesian language speech acts, based on the context of the speech, and from locution, illocutionary, and perlocutionary. The results of the study found 44 speech act data. Locutionary speechacts totaled 16 data, a illocutionary speech acts showed 14 data, the data divided to: 2 of assertive illocutionary acts: the function stated, 10 of directives illocutionary speech acts: requesting, and 3 of expressive illocutionary speech acts: the function of giving thanks and praise, while the perlocutionary speech acts showed 13 data. Based on the results, it found that the most dominating speech act was locution speech acts with a total of 16 data because Indonesian language teachers in the learning process used more locution speech acts which has the aim of providing information and quetions to speech partners (students). In this research also found that locution, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech acts were interrelated because when the speaker said locution and illocutionary, it was a verbal or nonverbal response from the speech partner under the speaker’s wishes, then it was perlocutionary.
