Abstract
Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Pre-Experimental Design Dengan Bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel Penelitian Diambil Dengan Menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling Dengan Jumlah 8 Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan.
Penelitian Ini Dilaksanakan Sebanyak 7 Kali Pertemuan, Indikator Pada Penelitian Ini Diambil Dari Buku Tu’u (2004). Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Self Management Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa Kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Instrumen Pengumpulan Data Pada Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Skala Disiplin Belajar Dengan Penilaian Skor Menggunakan Skala Likert. Sedangkan Uji Hipotesis Penelitian Menggunakan Uji Beda Wilcoxon Dengan Bantuan Program SPSS 22.0 For Windows.
Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Sebelum Dan Sesudah Pemberian Teknik Self Management, Diperoleh Hasil Perhitungan Uji Hipotesis Dengan Pengambilan Keputusan Berdasarkan Probabilitas Diperoleh Nilai Z = -2.356 Dan Asymp Sig = 0,011 ? ? = 0,05 Maka H0 Ditolak. Hasil Analisis Deskriptif Dengan Nilai Maksimal Sebelum Pemberian Teknik Self Management = 65 Dan Sesudah = 84, Terdapat Peningkatan Setelah Pemberian Treatment Teknik Self Management Sebesar 20,12%. Maka Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Ada Pengaruh Teknik Self-Management Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa Di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018.

The Type Of This Research Is Pre-Experimental Design With One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The Sample Was Taken By Using Purposive Sampling Technique With The Number Of 8 Students Of Class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan. This Research Was Conducted 7 Times Meeting, The Indicator In This Research Is Taken From Book Tu'u (2004). This Study Aims To Determine The Effect Of Self-Management Techniques On The Discipline Of Students Learning Class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan Lesson 2017/2018. Instrument Of Data Collecting In This Research Use Scale Study Discipline With Score Scoring Using Likert Scale. While The Test Of Hypothesis Research Using Different Test Wilcoxon With The Help Of Program SPSS 22.0 For Windows. Based On The Results Of Research Before And After The Giving Of Self Management Techniques, Obtained The Results Of Hypothesis Test With Decision-Making Based On Probability Obtained Value Of Z = -2.356 And Asymp Sig = 0.011 ? ? = 0.05 Then H0 Rejected. The Result Of Descriptive Analysis With Maximal Value Before Giving Of Self Management Technique = 65 And After = 84, There Is Improvement After Giving Self Management Technique Of 20,12%. It Can Be Concluded That There Is Influence Of Self-Management Techniques On Student Learning Discipline In SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tarakan Year Lesson 2017/2018.
