Abstract
Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Self-Talk Terhadap Perilaku Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa Di SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif Pre-Eksperimental Design Dengan Bentuk One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Siswa Kelas XI Ipa Dan Ips?, Ips? Di SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan Yang Berjumlah 94 Siswa, Dan Yang Menjadi Sampel Dalam Penelitian Ini Berjumlah 10 Siswa, Dengan Jumlah Skala 40 Item. Teknik Analisis Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Adalah Teknik Statistik Deskriptif Dengan Menggunakan Uji Analisis Kolmogorov-Smirnov Dengan Bantuan SPSS 24.0 For Windows.
Berdasarkan Hasil Penelitian Sebelum Dan Sesudah Pemberian Perlakuan, Diperoleh Hasil Perhitungan Uji Hipotesis Dengan Pengambilan Keputusan Berdasarkan Probabilitas Diperoleh Nilai T = 3,834 Dan T =Dengan Df=9 Pada Hitung Tabel Taraf Signifikansi 5% Atau ,004. Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Ada Pengaruh Teknik Self-Talk Terhadap Perilaku Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa Di SMAK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan.

This Study Aimed To Find Out The Effect Of Self-Talk Techniques On Academic Procrastination Behaviour Of The Students Of Don Bosco Tarakan Senior High School. This Type Of Research Is A Pre-Experimental Design Of Quantitative Research With The Form Of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The Population In This Study Were Students Of Class XI Ipa And Ips?, Ips? At The Senior High School Students Don Bosco Tarakan, Total Up To 94 Students. And The Sample In This Study Were 10 Students, With A Scale Of 40 Items. The Data Analysis Technique In This Study Is Descriptive Statistical Techniques Using Kolmogorov-Smirnov Analysis Test With The Help Of SPSS 24.0 For Windows. Based On The Results Of The Study Before And After The Treatment, Obtained The Results Of Calculation Of Hypothesis Testing With Decision-Making Based On Probability Obtained Values T = 3.834 And T Table = With Df = 9 At A Significance Level Of 5% Or .004. It Can Be Concluded That There Is An Influence Of Self-Talk Technique On Academic Procrastination Behaviour Of The Students Of Don Bosco Tarakan Senior High School.
