Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Kelayakan Media Layanan Informasi Perguruan/Sekolah Tinggi Se Kalimantan (LIPSTIK) Dan Melihat Respon Guru BK Dan Siswa Tentang Produk Yang Dikembangkan. Penelitian Pengembangan Ini Di Adaptasi Dari Desain Penelitian Pengembangan Borg And Gall (2015) Yang Dilaksanakan Sampai Pada Tahap Ke 7. Adapun Tahapannya Yaitu: 1) Potensi Dan Masalah, 2) Pengumpulan Data, 3) Desain Produk, 4) Validasi Desain, 5) Revisi Desain, 6) Uji Coba Produk Dan 7) Revisi Produk. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan Nilai Skor Yang Diperoleh Dari Validator Ahli Desain Sebesar 50 Atau 83,3% Berada Pada Kategori Sangat Layak, Nilai Skor Dari Validator Ahli Materi Sebesar 55 Atau 92% Berada Pada Kategori Sangat Layak. Hasil Ujicoba Yang Diambil Dari Nilai Angket Respon Siswa Dengan Skor 81,75% Berada Pada Kategori Sangat Layak Dan Respon Guru BK Sebesar 99% Berada Pada Kategori Sangat Layak. Berdasarkan Hal Tersebut Dapat Disimpulkan Bahwa Media Layanan Informasi Perguruan/Sekolah Tinggi Se Kalimantan (LIPSTIK) Untuk SMA Berbasis Macromedia Flash Sangat Layak Dan Baik Dijadikan Sebagai Media Informasi Perguruan/Sekolah Tinggi.

The Purpose Of This Study Is To Know The Appropriateness Of Media Information Service College / High School In Borneo (LIPSTIK) And See The Response Of Guidance And Counseling Teachers And Students About The Developed Product. This Development Research Is Adapted From The Borg And Gall Development Research Design (2015) Which Is Carried Out Until The 7th Stage. The Stages Are: 1) Potential And Problem, 2) Data Collection, 3) Product Design, 4) Design Validation, 5) Design Revision, 6) Product Testing And 7) Product Revision. The Results Showed That The Scores Obtained From The Design Expert Validator Of 50 Or 83.3% Were In Very Reasonable Category, The Score Of The Material Expert Validator Of 55 Or 92% Was In Very Reasonable Category. The Results Of The Test Taken From The Questionnaire Value Of Students' Responses With The Score Of 81.75% Are In Very Reasonable Category And The Guidance And Counseling Teacher Response Of 99% Is In Very Decent Category. Based On This It Can Be Concluded That The Media Information Service College / High School In Borneo (LIPSTIK) For Senior High School Based On Macromedia Flash Is Very Feasible And Well Used As A Media Of Information College / High School.
