Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Assertive Training Terhadap Perilaku Asertif Siswa. Penelitian Ini Menggunakan Metode Preexperimental Dengan Desain One Group Pretest Posttest. Subyek Penelitian Ini Adalah 8 Siswa Kelas VIII MTs Al-Khairaat Tarakan. Adapun Proses Pengambilan Subjek Menggunakan Kriteria-Kriteria Tertentu. Teknik Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian Ini Berupa Skala, Dan Observasi Untuk Memperoleh Data Identitas Subyek. Sementara Itu Teknik Analisis Data Yang Digunakan Adalah Analisis Deskriptif Dan Analisis Inferensial.
Hasil Pengujian Hipotesis Menggunakan Analisis Wilcoxon Two Paired Sampel Test Menunjukkan Adanya Perubahan Perilaku Asertif Setelah Rangkaian Proses Yang Diberikan Ditunjukkan Dengan Siswa Mengalami Peningkatan Perilaku Asertif Dari Rendah Menjadi Sedang Atau Tinggi.

The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Effect Of Assertive Training Technique Towards The Students’ Assertive Behavior. This Research Used Preexperimental Design With One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The Subject In This Research Were Eighth Grade Students Of MTs Al-Khairaat Tarakan. The Sampling Technique Was Conducted Using Purposive Sampling Technique With 8 Students Of Eighth Grade Students Of MTs Al-Khairaat Tarakan. Certain Data Collection Techniques In This Study In The Form Of Scale And Observation To Obtain Subject Identity Data While The Data Analyssis Techniques Used Are Descriptive Analysis And Inferential Analysis. The Result Of Hypothesis Test Was Using Wilcoxon Two Paired Sample Test Shows There Was A Change In Assertive Behavior After A Given Set Of Processes Was Shown By Student Experiencing A Reducation In Assertive Behavior From High Or Being Low Or Moderate.
