
Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) Terhadap Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair Berbahan Limbah Ikan

Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair berbahan limbah ikan yang mampu memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang yang terbaik.
Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), dengan satu (1) faktor perlakuan dan empat (4) ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah : P0 = kontrol, P1 = pupuk organik cair limbah ikan konsentrasi 8 ml/liter air, P2 = pupuk organik cair limbah ikan konsentrasi 10 ml/liter air, dan P3 = pupuk organik cair limbah ikan konsentrasi 12 ml/liter air. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam, jika berpengaruh nyata akan diuji lanjut dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) berbahan limbah ikan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang yaitu tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (mm), jumlah daun (helai), kehijauan daun (SPAD 502), jumlah polong per tanaman (buah), berat segar polong (g) per tanaman, berat segar polong (g) per petak dan berat kering tanaman (akar, batang, daun) (g).

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer made from fish waste that can give the best growth and yield of peanut plants. The study used Randomized Block Design (RBD), with one (1) treatment factor and four (4) replication. The treatments in this research are: P0 = control, P1 = liquid organic fertilizer fish waste concentration 8 ml/ liter of water, P2 = liquid organic fertilizer fish waste concentration 10 ml/ liter of water, and P3 = liquid organic fertilizer fish waste concentration 12 ml/ liter of water. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and if the real effect will be tested further with the Least Significance Difference test (LSD) at 5% level. The results showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) made from fish waste not significant effect on all growth parameters and plant yield the are plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), number of leaves (strands), greenish leaves (SPAD 502), fresh of weight pods (g) per plant, fresh of weight pods (g) per plot, and dry weight of plants (roots, stems, leaves ) (g).
