
Eksplorasi Keanekaragaman Anggrek Terestrial Di Hutan Sei Batu Mapan Mamburungan Dan Implementasinya Terhadap Pembelajaran Biologi Kelas X SMA/MA

Abstract
Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan keanekaragaman anggrek teresterial di kawasan hutan kota Sei Batu Mapan Mamburngan Tarakan Timur, serta mengetahui potensi implementasinya dalam pembelajaran biologi. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian terbagi menjadi 4 stasiun, yang terdiri dari 8 plot. Parameter lingkungan yang diukur yaitu meliputi pH tanah dan intensitas cahaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan dua spesies anggrek yaitu, Spathoglottis plicata dan Bromhedia finlaysoniana. Jenis anggrek Bromheadia finlaysoniana berjumlah 889 individu sedangkan jenis Spathoglottis plicata berjumlah 3 individu. Indeks kcanekaragaman anggrek terrestrial di kawasan Hutan Sei Batu Mapan Mamburungan berdasarkan Shannon-winner (H°) termasuk kedalam kategori rendah H* = (0,022511). Jenis Bromheadia finlaysoniana memiliki ciri-ciri akar yang panjang dan rapt untuk mengambil air dan zat organik didalam tanah. Daunnya berukuran tebal, lonjong, berwarna hijau kekuningan dan daunnya tumbuuh di setiap ruas. Spathoglottis Plicata memiliki ciri-ciri batangnya merupakan umbi semu. Daunnya berbentuk klanset, berujung lancip, dan bertulang daun sejajar. Bunga tersusun rapat dalam rangkaian yang berbentuk tandan tegak yang tumbuh dari sisi umbi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis keterkaitan penelitian dengan pembelajaran biologi yaitu pada mater keanekaragaman hayati kompetensi dasar 3.2 mengenalisis berbagai tingkat keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia beserta ancaman dan pelestariannya sera 4.2 menyajikan hasil observasi berbagai tingkat keanekaragaman hayati di Indonesia dan usulan upaya pelestariannya.
This study aims to determine the types and diversity of terrestrial orchids in the urban forest area of Sei Batu Mapan Mamburungan, East Tarakan, and to find out the potential for their implementation in biology learning. The study was exploratory and descriptive and employed both quantitative and qualitative methods. The research location was divided into 4 stations, which consisted of 8 plots. Environmental parameters measured included soil pH and light intensity. The results showed that two species of orchids were found, namely, Spathoglottis plicata and Bromhedia finlaysoniana. There were 889 Bromheadia finlaysoniana orchids and 3 different types of Spathoglottis plicata. Based on the Shannon-winner (H') index, the Sei Batu Mapan Mamburungan Forest area's diversity of terrestrial orchids falls into the low category (0.022511). This type of Bromheadia finlaysoniana had the characteristics of long and tight roots to take water and organic substances in the soil. The leaves were thick, oval, and yellowish green, and they were divided into segments as they grew. Spathoglottis Plicata had the characteristics of a pseudo-tuber stem. The leaves had parallel veins, a clustered form, and a pointy tip. Flowers were tightly arranged in a series of upright bunches that grew from the side of the tuber. Additionally, an afelysis of the relationship between research and biology education was conducted, ocusing on the topics of biodiversity, basic competency 3.2 identifying different levels of biodiversity in Indonesia and their threats and conservation, and 4.2 presenting the findings of observations of different levels of biodiversity in Indonesia and suggested conservation efforts.
