Abstract
Indonesia Memiliki Keanekaragaman Flora (Tumbuhan). Salah Satunya Adalah Tanaman Yang Terdapat Di Hutan Mangrove. Hutan Mangrove Merupakan Hutan Yang Banyak Memiliki Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Yang Umumnya Tumbuh Dan Berkembang Pada Kawasan Pesisir Yang Terlindung Di Daerah Tropika Dan Subtropika. Sejumlah Tumbuhan Mangrove Dan Tumbuhan Asosiasinya Digunakan Pula Sebagai Bahan Tradisional Insektisida Dan Pestisida. Xylocarpus Granatum Merupakan Salah Satu Spesies Yang Banyak Ditemukan Di Hutan Mangrove Yang Termasuk Dalam Famili Meliaceae. X.Granatum Telah Dimanfaatkan Turun-Temurun Oleh Masyarakat Pesisir Secara Tradisional.
Tujuan Penelitian Ini Adalah Mengetahui Potensi X. Granatum Dalam Menghambat Pertumbuhan Bakteri R. Solanacaerum Dan P. Acnes Dan Mengetahui Konsentrasi Paling Efektif Dari Ekstrak X. Granatum Yang Masih Dapat Menghambat Pertumbuhan Bakteri R. Solanacaerum Dan P. Acnes. Metode Yang Digunakan Pada Penelitian Ini Yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 3 Kali Ulangan. Sampel Yang Digunakan Yaitu Ekstrak Daun Dan Kulit Batang X. Granatum Dengan Konsentrasi 5000ppm, 10.000 Ppm, 20.000ppm. Kontrol Positif Pada Penelitian Ini Yaitu Chloramphenicol Dan Kontrol Negatif Etanol 40%. Variabel Yang Diamati Adalah Perhitungan Kadar Air, Persentase Rendemen Dan Persentase Diameter Daerah Hambatan (DDH).
Persentase DDH Menampilkan Bahwa Ekstrak Etanol Daun X. Granatum Terhadap Bakteri R. Solanacearum Pada Konsentrasi 5000 Ppm Belum Dapat Menghambat Bakteri R. Solanacearum, Sedangkan Persentase DDH Pada Konsentrasi 10.000 Ppm (31,09%) Dan 20.000 Ppm (34,46%) Mampu Menghambat Bakteri R. Solanacearum. Persentase DDH Untuk Kulit Batang X.Granatum Terhadap Bakteri R. Solanacearum Pada Konsentrasi 5000 Ppm Tidak Mampu Menghambat Bakteri R. Solanacearum, Tetapi Persentase DDH Pada Konsentrasi 10.000 Ppm (35,73%) Dan 20.000 Ppm (39,94%) Mampu Menghambat Bakteri R.Solanacearum.
Persentase DDH Menampilkan Bahwa Ekstrak Etanol Daun X. Granatum Terhadap Bakteri P. Acne Pada Konsentrasi 5000 Ppm Belum Dapat Menghambat Bakteri P. Acne, Sedangkan Persentase DDH Pada Konsentrasi 10.000 Ppm (33,83%) Dan 20.000 Ppm (38,01%) Mampu Menghambat Bakteri P. Acne. Persentase DDH Untuk Kulit Batang X. Granatum Mampu Menghambat Bakteri P.Acne Pada Semua Konsentrasi Yaitu Pada Konsentrasi 5000 Ppm (35,34%), 10.000 Ppm (39,59%) Dan 20.000 Ppm (41,63%).
Indonesia Has A Diversity Of Flora (Plants). One Of Them Is A Plant Found In The Mangrove Forest. Mangrove Forests Are Forests That Have A Lot Of Diversity Of Plants That Generally Grow And Develop In Coastal Areas That Are Protected In The Tropics And Subtropics. A Number Of Mangroves And Related Plants Are Also Used As Traditional Ingredients For Insecticides And Pesticides. Xylocarpus Granatum Is One Of The Species Found In The Mangrove Forests Of The Meliaceae Family. X.Granatum Is Traditionally Used By Coastal Communities. The Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Potential Of X. Granatum In Inhibiting The Growth Of R. Solanacaerum And P. Acnes Bacteria And Determine The Most Effective Concentration Of X. Granatum Extract That Can Still Inhibit The Growth Of R. Solanacaerum And P. Acne Bacteria. The Method Used In This Study Was A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Of 3 Replications. The Sample Used Was Leaf Extract And Bark X. Granatum With A Concentration Of 5000ppm, 10,000 Ppm, 20,000ppm. Positive Controls In This Study Were Chloramphenicol And 40% Negative Ethanol Control. The Observed Variables Are The Calculation Of Water Content, Yield Percentage And Inhibition Area Diameter Percentage (DDH). The Percentage Of DDH Showed That Ethanol Extract Of X. Granatum Leaves Against R. Solanacearum Bacteria At A Concentration Of 5000 Ppm Had Not Been Able To Inhibit The R. Solanacearum Bacteria, While The Percentage Of DDH At Concentrations Of 10,000 Ppm (31.09)%) And 20,000 Ppm (34.46%) Able To Inhibit The Bacteria R. Solanacearum. The Percentage Of DDH For X.Ranatum Bark Against R. Solanacearum Bacteria At A Concentration Of 5000 Ppm Was Not Able To Inhibit The Bacteria R. Solanacearum, But The Percentage Of DDH At A Concentration Of 10,000 Ppm (35.73%) And 20,000 Ppm (39.94%) Was Able To Inhibit The Bacteria R.Solanacearum. The Percentage Of DDH Indicates That The Ethanol Extract Of X. Granatum Leaves Against P. Acne Bacteria At A Concentration Of 5000 Ppm Has Not Been Able To Inhibit P. Acne Bacteria, While The Percentage Of DDH At A Concentration Of 10,000 Ppm (33.83%). ) And 20,000 Ppm (38.01%) Can Inhibit P. Acne Bacteria. The Percentage Of DDH For Granatum X Bark Was Able To Inhibit P.Acne Bacteria At All Concentrations, Namely At Concentrations Of 5000 Ppm (35.34%), 10,000 Ppm (39.59%) And 20,000 Ppm (41.63%).
