Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keefektifan penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar Tematik siswa kelas IV-B di SDN 032 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian, 18 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswi perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, siklus I terdiri dari 2 pertemuan untuk setiap sesi dan siklus II terdiri dari 2 pertemuan untuk setiap sesi. Prosedur setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan/observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas guru, Penilaian kogntif, psikomotorik, dan afektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Tematik siswa kelas IV-B di SDN 032 Tarakan. Siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa (aspek kognitif ) sebesar (57 %), di siklus II menjadi (92%). Siklus I ketunatsan hasil belajar siswa psikomotorik mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia memperoleh nilai sebesar (50%), mata pelajaran IPA memperoleh nilai sebesar (62%), di siklus II penialaian aspek spikomtorik Bahasa Indonesia meningkat menjadi (87 %), mataa pelajaran IPA meningkat menjadi (87%), dan mata pelajaran SBdP memperoleh nilai sebesar (81%). Siklus I ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa (13%), siklus II meningkat menjadi (75%). Maka penelitian dikatakan berhasil dan sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan yang telah ditentukan.

This study aimed to investigate how the effectiveness of the implementation of Problem Based Learning model in improving thematic learning outcomes of class IV-B students at SDN 032 Tarakan. This research used Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were 18 students consisting of 9 male and 9 female students. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, the first cycle consisted of 2 meetings for each session and the second cycle consisted of 2 meetings for each session. The procedure for each cycle consisted of 4 stages, namely, planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data processed of study were student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets, cognitive, psychomotor, and affective assessments. The results of this research showed that the Problem Based Learning model can improve the thematic learning outcomes of grade IV-B students at SDN 032 Tarakan. The completeness in cycle I of student learning outcomes (cognitive aspects) was (57%), in the second cycle was (92%). The first cycle of psychomotor mastery in student learning outcomes of Indonesian language subjects scored was (50%), science subjects scored was (62%). Then, the assessment of spikomtoric in cycle Il aspects of Indonesian increased to (87%), science subjects increased to (87%), and SBdP subjects scored was (81%). The completeness of Cycle I on student learning outcomes was (13%) and in cycle II increased to (75%). Therefore, it can be concluded that the research was successful, and it was appropriate with the predetermined success indicators.
