Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubung antara motivasi belajar siswa terhadap minat pembelajaran online di SMPK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan populasi sasaran yaitu seluruh siswa SMPK Frater Don Bosco Tarakan yang berjumlah 93 orang siswa dan menggunakan semua populasi menjadi subjek yaitu 93 orang. Penelitian yang populasinya dalam jumlah besar, berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, nilai koefisien bertanda + (0,997) karena nilainya mendekati 0,1,000 maka hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan minat belajar dapat dikatakan sangat kuat dengan presentasi tingkat hubungan sebesar 99,7% dan terdapat arah hubungan yang positif artinya, apabila motivasi belajar siswa tinggi maka semakin tinggi minat belajar siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran online atau “ada hubungan antara motivasi belajar dengan minat belajar”. Dengan demikian terdapat hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan minat belajar pada keseluruhan siswa Smpk Frater Don Bosco Tarakan. Dari 93 ditemukan siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar pada kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 61 orang, kategori sangat tinggi 16 orang, kategori rendah 2 orang, dan tinggi 13 orang. Pada minat belajar, siswa yang memiliki kategori tinggi sebanyak 43 orang, pada kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 4 orang, kategori rendah sebanyak 41 orang,sedangkan kategori sangat rendah sebanyak 5 orang.

The purpose of the study was to find out whether there was a relationship between students' learning motivation and interest in online learning at the Brothers Don Bosco Junior High School, Tarakan. This research is a correlational study with the target population, namely all students of SMPK Brother Don Bosco Tarakan, totaling 93 students and using the entire population as subjects, namely 93 people. Research with a large population, based on the results of hypothesis testing, the value of the coefficient is marked + (0.997) because the value is close to 0.1000, the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning can be said to be very strong with a percentage of the relationship level of 99.7% and there is a direct relationship positive means, if students' learning motivation is high, the higher students' interest in learning in participating in online learning or "there is a relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning". Thus, there is a relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning in all students of Brother Don Bosco Junior High School Tarakan. From 93 students, it was found that there were 61 students who had learning motivation in the very low category, 16 people in the very high category, 2 in the low category, and 13 people in the high category. In the interest in learning, students who have a high category as many as 43 people, in the very high category as many as 4 people, in the low category as many as 41 people, while the very low category as many as 5 people.
