Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar siswa selama pembelajaran daring era pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian survei dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 103 siswa SMA Hang Tuah kelas X MIPA. Data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil kuisioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh tentang kesulitan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran biologi di SMA Hang Tuah Tarakan masuk kategori sedang dengan persentase 62%. Sedangkan kesulitan pada aspek siswa dengan persentase kesulitan 60%, siswa sulit mengikuti pembelajaran daring biologi. Pada aspek materi pelajaran dengan persentase kesulitan 60%, siswa kurang memahami materi yang diberikan karena materi biologi abstrak. Pada aspek metode pelajaran dengan persentase kesulitan siswa 60%, metode mengajar guru yang monoton sehingga siswa cepat bosan. Pada aspek alat pelajaran dengan persentase kesulitan 57%, yaitu spesifikasi alat pendukung pembelajaran berupa gadget dimana memorinya terbatas. Adapun aspek yang terakhir pada aspek penugasan dengan persentase kesulitan siswa 70% dimana beban tugas siswa bertambah.
This research aimed to analyze the students' learning difficulties in biology online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This survey research used a quantitative approach. The research respondents were 103 Grade X Science students of SMA Hang Tuah Tarakan. The data were collected based on the results of questionnaires and interviews. The obtained results on the students' learning difficulties in biology online learning at SMA Hang Tuah Tarakan were in moderate category with the obtained percentage of 62%. In student aspect, the obtained percentage was 60% in which the students had the difficulties in following the biology online learning. In subject matter aspect, the obtained percentage was 60% in which the students did not understand the materials given due to its abstract materials. In learning method aspect, the obtained percentage was 60% in which the students had the difficulties related to the teachers' monotonous teaching method, so that the students were easily bored. In learning instrument aspect, the percentage was 57% in which the learning supporting instruments in the form of gadgets had limited memory. Last but not least, in assignment aspect, the obtained percentage was 70% in which the students had the difficulties on the increasing learning assignments.
