Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi roa pada perbankan indonesia yang terdaftar di indek lq45 pada periode 2013-2017. untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance pada perbankan indonesia yang terdaftar di indek lq45 pada periode 2013-2017. hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa roa tidak berpengaruh terhadap beberapa komponen corporate governance. yaitu pada tahun 2013-2017 dewan komisaris, komisaris independen, dan komite audit memiliki probabilitas >0.05, sedangkan berpengaruh hanya terhadap dewan direksi < dari 0.05.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of roa efficiency in indonesian banks registered in the lq45 index in the period 2013-2017. to analyze the effect of corporate governance on indonesian banks registered in the lq45 index in the period 2013-2017. the results of the study show that roa does not affect several corporate governance components. namely, in 2013-2017 the board of commissioners, independent commissioners and audit committees had a probability of> 0.05, while the effect was only on the board of directors
