
Pengaruh Leader Member Exchange Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan (BAPPEDA) Kota Tarakan

Leader member exchange merupakan kualitas hubungan timbal balik antara pemimpin dan pegawai dalam sebuah organisasi. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan leader member exchange sebagai variabel yang memiliki 4 dimensi, yaitu affect, loyalty, contribution, dan professional respect. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari leader member exchange dan kinerja pegawai di kantor badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah kota tarakan. dengan sampel yang melibatkan 51 pegawai, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leader member exchange secara parsial berkorelasi secara positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimensi loyalty merupakan dimensi yang berkorelasi negative terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah kota tarakan.

Leader member exchange is the quality of the mutual relationship between the leader and the employees in an organization. in this study using leader member exchange as variables which has four dimensions, namely affect, loyalty, contribution, and professional respect. this study aims to determine the relationship of leader member exchange and employee performance in office badan prencanaan pembanguna daerah kota tarakan. with a sample involving 51 employees, the results showed that the leader member exchange is partially affected to employee performance, loyalty dimensions constitute dimensions that correlate negative on employee performance in office badan prencanaan pembanguna daerah kota tarakan.
