Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal, lama usaha, jenis dagangan dan lokasi usaha secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan umkm di kelurahan juata laut, serta pengaruh modal, lama usaha, jenis dagangan dan lokasi usaha secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan umkm di kelurahan juata laut. analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan variabel bebas jenis dagangan sebagai variabel dummy sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku umkm yaitu sebanyak 82 orang dengan metode proportional simple random sampling. pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi. hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa modal, lama usaha, jenis dagangan dan lokasi usaha berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan umkm di kelurahan juata laut. nilai koefisien determinasi (r square) menunjukkan nilai 49,95 persen berarti variasi perubahan dari pendapatan mampu dijelaskan oleh variasi perubahan dari variabel-variabel yang dimasukkan pada model penelitian ini. hasil uji t-test menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, lama usaha dan jenis dagangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan, kemudian variabel lokasi usaha berpengaruh positif yang tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan umkm di kelurahan juata laut. hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi bagi pelaku umkm di kelurahan juata laut untuk mempertahankan jenis dagangannya dan menambah kelengkapan jenis dagangannya sehingga bervariasi serta mempunyai kualitas baik, dengan begitu konsumen dapat terpenuhi kebutuhannya.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, length of business, type of merchandise and business location partially significant effect on umkm income in juata laut village, and the effect of capital, length of business, type of merchandise and business location simultaneously had a significant effect on umkm income in the kelurahan juata laut. the analysis used is multiple linear regression with the independent variable type of trade as a dummy variable. the sample in this study was the umkm who were as many as 82 people with the proportional simple random sampling method. data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and observations. the results of multiple linear regression analysis show that capital, duration of business, type of merchandise and business location have a simultaneous and significant effect on umkm income in juata laut village. the coefficient of determination (r square) shows the value of 49.95 percent means that variations in changes in income can be explained by variations in changes in the variables included in this research model. the results of the t-test show that the capital variable, duration of business and type of trade have a positive and significant effect on income, then the business location variable has a positive and insignificant effect on umkm income in juata laut village. the results of this study are expected to provide implications for umkm players in the village of juata laut to maintain the type of merchandise and increase the completeness of the types of merchandise so that it varies and has good quality, so that consumers can meet their needs.
