
Pengembangan Buku Cerita Anak Berbasis Pendidikan Karakter Sebagai Media Penunjang Literasi Untuk Siswa Kelas Tinggi Di SD Negeri 013 Tarakan

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dari model borg and gall antara lain (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba awal, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) revisi uji coba lapangan, (8) uji lapangan, (9) revisi produk akhir, (10) desiminasi dan implementasi kemudian dimodifikasi oleh setyosari (2013: 223) yang dibatasi pada tujuh tahap yaitu (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi awal, (2) perencanaan, (3) pengembangan produk awal, (4) uji coba awal, (5) revisi produk, (6) uji coba lapangan, (7) revisi produk akhir. instrumen penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan lembar pedoman wawancara guru, angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli bahasa, dan angket validasi ahli media memiliki 10 aspek penilaian, angket respon guru memiliki 10 aspek penilaian dan angket respon siswa berjumlah 6 aspek. hasil penelitian dari validasi penyajian buku cerita anak berbasis pendidikan karakter penunjang literasi melalui angket oleh ahli materi mencapai presentase 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak. ahli bahasa mencapai presentase 100% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak dan ahli media mencapai presentase 93% dengan kualifikasi sangat layak. hasil angket respon guru terhadap buku cerita anak berbasis pendidikan karakter penunjang literasi presentasenya sebesar 85% dikualifikasikan sangat praktis dan respon siswa sebesar 99% dengan kualifikasi sangat efektif. uji coba produk dilaksanakan di kelas v sd negeri 013 tarakan. hasil penelitian dan pengembangan buku cerita anak berbasis pendidikan karakter penunjang literasi layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dan media penunjang kegiatan literasi di sekolah.

This research was classified into r&d (research and development) study adopting the borg and gall model through (1) initial research and information collection, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) initial trial, (5) product revision, (6) field trial, (7) field trial revision, (8) field test, (9) final product revision, (10) dissemination, implementation, and then modified by setyosari (2013: 223) limited to seven stages (1) initial research and information collection, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) initial trial, (5) product revision, (6) field trial, (7) final product revision. this r&d instruments were teacher interview guide sheet, material expert validation questionnaire, language expert validation questionnaire, and media expert validation questionnaire with 10 assessment aspects, teacher response questionnaire with 10 assessment aspects, and student response questionnaire with 6 aspects. the research results on presentation validation of character education-based children’s story books as the literacy supporting media through questionnaires by the material expert reached the percentage of 90% with the qualification of highly feasible, by language expert reached the percentage of 100% with the qualification of highly feasible, and by media expert reached the percentage of 93% with the qualification of highly feasible. the results of teacher response questionnaire to character education-based children’s story books as the literacy supporting media had the percentage of 85% with the qualification of very practical, while student response had the percentage of 99% with qualification of highly effective. the product trial was conducted at grade v of sd negeri 013 tarakan. the r&d results on character education-based children’s story books as the literacy supporting media were considered appropriate for learning and supporting media for literacy activities at schools.
