Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada kopegtel tarakan. penelitian telah dilakukan dalam rangka pengumpulan informasi tentang bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada kopegtel tarakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan. pengambilan sampel dilakukan metode sensus. setelah dilakukan analisis, maka diperoleh persamaan garis regresi yaitu y=4,949+0,151x dimana nilai (a) diperoleh sebesar 4,949 yang menunjukan besarnya variabel terikat produktivitas kerja karyawan (y) yang tidak dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas motivasi (x) dan untuk regresi (b) sebesar 0,151, tanda ini positif menunjukan adanya kenaikan yang terjadi motivasi yang dapat mengakibatkan peningkatan produktivitas kerja karyawan. dan hasil pengujian hipotesis thitung sebesar 5,159 karena t hitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel maka ho diterima dan h0 ditolak pada tingkat significant 5%. dan untuk perhitungan korelasi diperoleh r sebesar 0,542 angka ini menunjukan bahwa hubungan motivasi dan produktivitas kerja karyawan adalah kuat dan positif. dan pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,159, karena t hitung lebih besar dari pada ttabel 1,67 maka h0 diterima dan h0 ditolak dan ini semakin membuktikan bahwa perhitungan spss (valid).

This study aimed to find out the influence of motivation toward working productivity of kopegtel corporation in tarakan.this study was done in order to gain information on how is the influence of motivation toward working productivity of kopegtel corporation in tarakan in 3 (three) months. the sampleswere taken based on the simple method sensus.after being analyzed, then researcher got a regression line equation that is y=4,949+0,151x which was value (a) is gotten about 4,949 showing the variables on the working productivity in office division (y) and which they were non influenced by the free variables on motivation (x). and for regression (b) was about 0,151, and its positive showing that there was a raise on the motivation itself causing the increase on the worker working productivity.based on the testing on its hypothesis of t testing then it was about 5,159, since t calculation was bigger than t table than ha (hypothesis after being analyzed) was accepted and ho (null hypothesis/ before given the analysis) was rejected in 5% significance. and for the calculation of its correlation will be r about 0,542 showing that the relationship between motivation and working productivity were strong and positive. from the hypothesis testing, researcher found t calculation about 5,159 since t calculation was bigger than t table 1,67, then the ha was accepted while ho was rejected and this was spss show that the correlation (valid).
