Penelitian ini menggunakan data populasi seluruh penyewa rumah sewa di kelurahan selumit pantai dan dari jumlah populasi di dapatlah sampel sebanyak 87 responden. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji – t , uji – f dan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel harga sewa, pendapatan, fasilitas, dan lokasi terhadap permintaan rumah sewa di kelurahan selumit pantai secara parsial dan simultan. hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel harga sewa, pendapatan, fasilitas, dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap permintaan rumah sewa di kelurahan selumit pantai baik secara parsial maupun simultan. hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel lokasi bertolak belakang dengan teori permintaan yang disebabkan karena variabel lain seperti lokasi dianggap lebih penting karena sebagian besar responden bekerja sebagai nelayan yang menginginkan lokasi dekat dengan pantai.

This study uses data from populations throughout tenant rental house in the village and the beach selumit of total population it can be a sample of 87 respondents. the method used in this study is a t - test, test - f and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of variable rental rates, income, facilities and location of the rental housing demand in the village selumit turkish partially and simultaneously. the study concluded that the price variable rents, income, facilities, and location affect the demand for rental homes in the village beach selumit either partially or simultaneously. the results also indicate that the variable locations contradicts the theory of demand caused by other variables such as the location is considered more important because the majority of respondents worked as fishermen who want a location close to the beach.
