Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas daya basmi kombinasi ekstrak daun bandotan (a. conyzoides l.) dengan daun salam (s. polyiunthum) terhadap larva nyamuk aedes aegypti serta kualitas produk yang dikembangkan dari segi kelayakan berdasarkan penilaian ahli. metode penelitian yang digunakan sebagai berikut: jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu research and development (r&d), model pengembangan borg & gall (1983), rancangan penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian rancangan acak lengkap (ral), uji coba terbatas menggunakan 6 orang siswa smk kesehatan kaltara, instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket validasi ahli dan respon siswa, data yang dihasilkan berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. hasil dari penelitian ekstrak daun bandotan (a. conyzoides l.) dengan daun salam (s. polyiunthum) terhadap larva nyamuk aedes aegypti efektif dalam membasmi larva nyamuk a. aegypti karena semakain meningkat konsentrasi yang diberikan semakin meningkat juga jumlah kematian larva nyamuk a. aegypti konsetrasi 10 % rata-rata kematian 35%, konsentrasi 20% rata-rata kematian 50%, konsentrasi 30% rata-rata kematian 73,3%, konsentrasi 40% rata-rata kematian 93,3%, dan konsentrasi 50% rata-rata kematian 100%. hasil uji validasi produk majalah sains oleh validator ahli media dengan persentase 75,5% (layak), uji validasi produk majalah sains oleh validator ahli materi 75,45% (layak), uji validasi produk majalah sains oleh ahli praktisi sebesar 95,5% (sangat layak) dan hasil uji respon siswa sebesar 94,62% (sangat menarik). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa majalah sains yang dikembangkan sangat layak dan sangat menarik untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the combining power of bandotan (a. conyzoides l.) leaf extract and bay leaf (s. polyiunthum) extract against aedes aegypti larvae and the quality of the product developed in terms of feasibility based on expert judgment. the research method used was as follows: the type of research used was research and development (r&d), the borg & gall (1983) development model, the research design used the complete randomized design (crd) research type, the limited trial used 6 kaltara health vocational school students , data collection instruments in the form of expert validation questionnaires and student responses, the resulting data are quantitative and qualitative data. the results of the research of bandotan leaf extract (a. conyzoides l.) with bay leaves (s. polyiunthum) against aedes aegypti mosquito larvae are effective in eradicating a. aegypti mosquito larvae because the increasing concentration given increases also the number of deaths of a. aegypti larvae. concentration of 10%, the average mortality rate is 35%, the concentration is 20%, the average mortality rate is 50%, the concentration is 30%, the average mortality rate is 73.3%, the concentration is 40%, the average mortality rate is 93.3%, and the concentration is 50%. 100% mortality rate. the results of the validation test of science magazine products by media expert validators with a percentage of 75.5% (feasible), validation of science magazine products by material expert validators 75.45% (feasible), validation tests of science magazine products by expert practitioners of 95.5% (very feasible) and the results of student response tests of 94.62% (very interesting). the results showed that the science magazine developed was very feasible and very interesting to use in learning.
