Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan yang terindeks lq45 di bursa efek indonesia (bei) periode 2019-2023. sampel penelitian terdiri dari 23 perusahaan lq45 yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, sehingga menghasilkan 115 observasi data panel. metode analisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan alat analisis microsoft excel dan eviews versi 10. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. sementara secara simultan, profitabilitas dan kebijakan hutang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. kata kunci: profitabilitas, kebijakan hutang dan nilai perusahaan

This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability and debt policy on company value in companies indexed lq45 on the indonesia stock exchange (idx) in 2019-2023. the research sample consisted of 23 lq45 companies selected through a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 115 panel data observations. the analysis method uses panel data regression with microsoft excel and eviews version 10. the study results showed that profitability has a significant positive influence on company value, and debt policy has an insignificant negative effect on company value. meanwhile, simultaneously, profitability and debt policy have a significant positive effect on company value. keywords: profitability, debt policy and company value.
