Abstrak Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh work life balance, employee engagement dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai uptd kesatuan pengelolaan hutan (kph) kota tarakan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 48 pegawai uptd kesatuan pengelolaan hutan (kph) kota tarakan. data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program spss. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work-life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, employee engagement dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. kata kunci: kinerja, work life balance, employee engagement dan motivasi

Abstrak Indonesia

This study aims to demonsrate the influence of work-life balance, employee engagement, and motivation on the performance of employees at the technical implementation unit (uptd) of the forest management unit (kph) in tarakan city. the research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. the sampling technique utilized was saturation sampling, involving all 48 uptd forest management unit (kph) tarakan city employees as respondents. data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of the spss program. the study’s result indicate that work-life balance does not significantly affect performance, while employee engagement and motivation positively and significantly influence performance keywords: profitability, leverage, company size, profit management and independent board of commissioners
