
Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Risiko Hipertensi Di Puskesmas Kota Tarakan

Hipertensi dalam kehamilan adalah suatu kondisi tekanan darah diastol diatas 140 mmhg dan sistol diatas 90 mmhg atau lebih peningkatan diastolik sebesar 15 mmhg atau lebih diatas nilai dasar yang mana diukur dalam dua keadaan, minimal dalam jangka waktu 6 jam. penyebab tingginya aki di indonesia pada ibu hamil sendiri adalah komplikasi, dan yang terjadi adalah tekanan darah tinggi / hipertensi, anemia dalam kehamilan, dalam kehamilan (preeklamsia/eklamsia) tujuan: untuk mengetahui karakteristik responden meliputi usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang resiko hipertensi metode: desain yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif. teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil di puskesmas sebengkok kota tarakan sebanyak 54. hasil dan pembahasan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 54 responden, terdapat distribusi responden menurut umur yaitu 15 (27,8%) responden yang berumur 35 tahun ada 14 responden (25,9%), menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan mayoritas ibu multigravida sebanyak 46 responden (85,2%) dan kelompok minoritas dari kategori primigravida sebanyak 8 responden (14,8%), berdasarkan pendidikan, terdapat ibu berpendidikan sma sebanyak 20 responden (37,0%), kemudian diikuti smp sebanyak 18 responden (33,3%), kemudian sd sebanyak 13 responden (24,1%), dan perguruan tinggi sebanyak 3 responden (5,6%), berdasarkan pekerjaan menunjukkan bahwa responden terbesar yaitu ibu yang tidak bekerja sebanyak 44 responden (81,5%) dan bekerja 10 responden (18,5). kata kunci: ibu hamil, pengetahuan, hipertensi

Hypertension in pregnancy is a condition of diastolic blood pressure above 140 mmhg and systole above 90 mmhg or diastolic increase of 15 mmhg or more above baseline values which are measured in two conditions, at least within a period of 6 hours. the cause of high mmr in indonesia in pregnant women is complications, and what happens is high blood pressure / hypertension, anemia in pregnancy, in pregnancy (preeclampsia/ eclampsia). this study aimed to determine the characteristics of pregnant women as the respondents including their ages, education, occupation, parity and their knowledge about hypertension risks method. the design used was a descriptive survey. the sampling technique in this study was taken using total sampling technique. the population in this study were all pregnant women at the sebengkok public health center, tarakan city as many as 54. based on the study results of 54 respondents, there was a distribution of respondents in relation to the ages, namely 15 (27.8%) respondents aged 35 years, indicating that the overall majority of multigravida mothers were 46 respondents (85.2%) and the minority group of the primigravida category was 8 respondents (14, 8%), based on education, there were mothers with high school education as many as 20 respondents (37.0%), followed by junior high school as many as 18 respondents (33.3%), then elementary school as many as 13 respondents (24.1%), and college as many as 3 respondents (5.6%), then based on work, it is found that 44 mothers (81.5%) or the largest respondents do not work and the remaining respondents, specifically 10 respondents (18.5%), are working mothers. keywords: pregnant women, knowledge, hypertension
