Tingkat kecemasan primigravida dalam menghadapi persalinan umumnya lebih tinggi dari pada wanita yang sudah hamil untuk kedua kalinya dan seterusnya. dukungan orang terdekat, terutama suami sangat penting untuk mengurangi kecemasan primigravida. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan suami terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin diruang ponek dan vk melati di rsud kabupaten malinau. desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. sampel diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. sebanyak 30 responden ibu bersalin di ruang ponek dan vk melati rsud kabupaten malinau. instrument menggunakan kuesioner dengan 25 pertanyaan untuk mengetahui dukungan suami dan terhadap tingkat kecemasan ibu bersalin menggunakan skala hars. analisis data menggunakan uji chi square dengan tingkat p value 0,100. dilakukan uji chi square menunjukkan hasil p value 0, 100 dengan taraf signifikan α5% (0, 05). berdasarkan hasil tersebut bahwa nilai p value 0,100> α5%. hasil penelitian tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu bersalin di ruang ponek dan melati rsud malinau tahun 2024. kata kunci: tingkat kecemasan, dukungan suami, ibu bersalin

Husband's support greatly affects the anxiety level of the mother giving birth. the higher the husband's support, the lower the mother's anxiety level during childbirth, hopefully there will be no problems during the delivery process for both the pregnant woman and the baby. the purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between husband's support and mother's anxiety levels during childbirth at the ponek and vk melati rooms of the rsud malinau regency. the research design used descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach. the samples of the samples of the research were mothers giving birth at the ponek and vk melati rooms of the rsud malinau regency with a sample size of 30 respondents. the instrument used was the questionnaire with 25-questions to determine husband's support and anxiety levels of mother giving birth using the hars scale, the results of the chi square test analysis showed that the p value level was 0.100 with a significant level of a 5% (0.05). husband's support was 70%, 63% ofmother's giving birth did not get anxiety. based on the results that the p value of 0.100 > (0.05), the statistical test of the relationship between husband's support and mother's anxiety levels during childbirth showed there is no relationship between husband's support and anxiety levels of mother giving birth at the ponek and melati rooms of the rsud malinau regency in 2024. keywords: anxiety levels, husbands support, mother giving birth
