Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cakupan sinyal, kemudahan akses, kecepatan akses, dan kenyamanan tempat akses wifi mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pengguna wifi publik di kota tarakan pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode quoted accidental sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden. metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan skala likert dalam mengukur persepsi pengguna wifi serta uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji f-statistik, koefisien determinasi, uji t-statistik, dan analisis regresi berganda. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel cakupan sinyal berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna wifi publik dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) sebesar 0,657>0,05. kemudahan akses berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna wifi publik dengan nilai signifikansi (p value) sebesar 0,020

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of signal scope, ease of access, access speed, and convenience of wifi access place affect the level of satisfaction of public wifi users in tarakan city the samples in this research using quoted accidental sampling so that the sample which used in this researching was 80 respondents. the data analysis method uses were descriptive quantitative analysis by using likert scale to measure wifi user perception, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, f-test statistics, coefficient of determination, t-test statistics, and multiple regression analysis. the result of this research indicates that the signal scope variables has a negative and insignificant effect on the level of public wifi users satisfaction with the value of significance (p value) of 0.657 > 0.05. ease of access has a positive and significant impact on the level of satisfaction of public wifi users with a value of significance (p value) of 0.020 < 0.05. access speed has positive and significant effect to public wi-fi users satisfaction level with significance value (p value) of 0,044 < 0,05. for the variable convenience of access places has a positive but not significant effect on the level of satisfaction of public wifi users with significance value (p value) of 0.459 > 0.05. the coefficient of determination is 0.136, which means 13,6 percent change in variables wifi user satisfaction explained by changes in signal scope, ease of access, access speed, and comfort of access places together, while the remaining 86,4 percent is explained by other variables that are not included in this research.
