Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh orientasi pembelajaran dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja usaha kecil menengah (ukm) di kota tarakan. penelitian ini difokuskan pada usaha kecil menengah (ukm) di kota tarakan. penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh usaha kecil menengah (ukm) yang terdaftar di disperindagkop kota tarakan yang berjumlah 2659 usaha kecil menengah (ukm). teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 110 responden. pengukuran tanggapan responden terhadap kuesioner dengan menggunakan 5 jenjang skala likert. sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara langsung orientasi pembelajaran dan knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja usaha kecil menengah (ukm). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa orientasi pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha kecil menengah (ukm) di kota tarakan, serta knowledge sharing yang berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja usaha kecil menengah (ukm) di kota tarakan.

this study aims to to test the influence of orientation learning and knowledge sharing of the performance of small and medium enterprises (ukm) in the city tarakan. this study is focused on the small and medium enterprises (ukm) in the city tarakan. this research using a method of survey. population in research it is a whole small and medium enterprises (ukm) listed on disperindagkop city tarakan which consisted of 2659 small and medium enterprises (ukm). technique the sample used is purposive sampling with the sample of the 110 respondents .the measurement of response respondents of the questionnaire by using 5 level likert scale. as for the testing of hypotheses using analysis multiple linear regression that is to know influence directly orientation learning and knowledge sharing on the performance of small and medium enterprise (ukm). the results of the study showed that orientation learning have had a positive impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises (ukm) in the city tarakan , and knowledge sharing who have had a positive impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises (ukm) in the city tarakan.
