Abstrak Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kelayakan media pembelajaran video animasi stop motion ditinjau dari validasi ahli media, ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli praktisi, serta kemenarikan ditinjau dari respon siswa. jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan atau research and development (r&d) mengacu pada model pengembangan addie. instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: lembar validasi, dan angket respon siswa. hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari ahli media sebesar 92%, ahli bahasa sebesar 72%, ahli materi sebesar 92%, dan praktisi sebesar 96%. selanjutnya hasil respon siswa uji coba terbatas sebesar 96%, dan hasil respon siswa uji coba pemakaian sebesar 82%. berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, ahli praktisi dan serta respon siswa pada uji coba terbatas dan uji coba pemakaian, maka media pembelajaran video animasi stop motion dinyatakan layak dan menarik digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. kata kunci: kelayakan dan kemenarikan, media animasi, aplikasi stop motion studio, keterampilan menyimak

The objective of the research was to determine the feasibility of animation videos using stop motion as a learning medium in terms of validating the media with experts in the field, including media experts, material experts, linguists, and practitioners, as well as the attractiveness of the videos based on the student responses. the type of research used is research and development (r&d), referring to the addie development model. the data collection instruments employed are a validation sheet and students response questionnaire. the validation results obtained from media experts were 92%, linguists were 72%, material experts were 92%, and practitioners were 96%. additionally, the results of the limited trial student response were 96%, and the results of the usage trial student response were 82%. based on the validation results of material experts, media experts, linguists, practitioners, and student responses in the limited trial and trial use, the stop-motion animation videos as learning media are feasible and interesting for use in the learning process. keywords: feasibility and attractiveness, animation media, listening skill
