Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis produktivitas dan efektivitas kredit investasi dalam pembentukan pdrb provinsi kalimantan utara. penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder hasil publikasi bank indonesia (bi) dan badan pusat statistik (bps) kalimantan utara. pada penelitian ini menggunakan data time series dari tahun 2017-2022. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis incremental capital output rasio. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sektor dengan produktivitas tertinggi adalah sektor administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib dengan rata rata rp. 20,743 dan produktivitas terendah yaitu sektor jasa lainnya dengan rata-rata rp. 0. kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis efektivitas, bahwa sektor paling efektif adalah sektor administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib dengan rata-rata rp. 1 dan sektor paling tidak efektif adalah sektor jasa lainnya dengan rata-rata rp. 16,910 . pada hasil pemetaaan produktivitas dan efektivitas sektor yang terklasifikasi sebagai sektor produktif dan efektif adalah sektor administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial wajib selama 6 tahun dan sektor yang tidak efektif dan tidak produktif adalah sektor jasa lainnya. berdasarkan hasil analisis proyeksi kebutuhan investasi pada skenario i dengan target pertumbuhan sebesar 4% dibutuhkan investasi sebesar rp. 8,2 triliun. kemudian pada skenario ii dengan target pertumbuhan sebesar 5% dibutuhkan investasi sebesar rp. 11 triliun. kemudian pada skenario iii dengan target pertumbuhan sebesar 10% dibutuhkan investasi sebesar rp. 32,5 triliun. kata kunci : produktivitas; efektivitas; kredit investasi; pdrb

This research aims to determine and analyze the productivity and effectiveness of investment credits in the formation of the gross regional domestic product (grdp) of north kalimantan province. this research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach with secondary data from publications of bank indonesia (bi) and the central bureau of statistics (bps) of north kalimantan. the research used a time series data from 2017 to 2022. incremental capital output ratio analysis tool was employed in this study. the results of this study show that the sector with the highest productivity was the sector of government administration, defense and compulsory social security with an average of rp. 20,743 and the lowest productivity was the other service sector with an average of rp. 0. then, based on the effectiveness analysis, the most effective sector was the sector of government administration, defense and compulsory social security with an average of rp. 1 and the least effective sector was the other service sector with an average of rp. 16,910. based on the results of productivity and effectiveness mapping, the sector classified as productive and effective has been the sector of government administration, defense and compulsory social security for tha past 6 years and the ineffective and non-productive sector has been the other service sector. based on the investment needs projection analysis in scenario i with a growth target of 4%, an investment of rp. 8.2 trillion was required. then, in scenario il with a growth target of 5%, an investment of rp. 11 trillion was required. then, in scenario iii with a growth target of 10%, an investment of rp. 32.5 trillion was required. keywords: productivity; effectiveness; investment credits; gross regional domestic product (grdp)
