
Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Pada Pakan Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Kelangsungan Hidup Ikan Lele (Clarias sp.)

Peningkatan produksi ikan lele telah dikembangkan dengan berbagai cara, salah satunya dengan penambahan probiotik. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interval pemberian probiotik pada pakan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan lele (clarias sp). penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 28 hari menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (ral) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan konsentrasi p1: (kontrol), p2: (pemberian probiotik interval 1 hari), p3: (pemberian probiotik interval 2 hari), p4: (pemberian probiotik interval 3 hari). berdasarkan statistik anova menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan panjang, pertumbuhan berat, sgr (spesific growth rate), sr (survival rate) dan fcr (feed convertion ratio) pada ikan lele. interval pemberian probiotik yang optimal terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup ikan lele (clarias sp) terdapat pada perlakuan 2 dengan konsentrasi (pemberian pakan probiotik interval 1 hari), dengan nilai pertumbuhan panjang mutlak sebesar 5,4 cm, pertumbuhan berat mutlak sebesar 5,8 gr, sgr sebesar 5,3 %, fcr dengan nilai 2,9 dan sr sebesar 100%. data pengukuran kualitas air selama masa pemeliharaan menunjukkan nilai suhu 25c-29c, ph 7-7,7, do 6,6-8,2 mg/l, amoniak 0,14-0,95 mg/l. kata kunci: ikan lele, interval, kelangsungan hidup, probiotik, pertumbuhan

The increased catfish production has been developed in various ways, one of them is the addition of probiotics. this study aimed to determine the interval of giving probiotics on feeding to the growth and survival of catfish (clarias sp)this study was conducted for 28 days by using a complete randomized design (ral) with 4 treatments and 3 repeats of concentrations p1: (control), p2: (administration of probiotics interval 1 day), p3: (administration of probiotics interval 2 days), p4: (administration of probiotics interval 3 days). based on the anova statistics, it showed that probiotic administration had a significant effect on length growth, weight growth, sgr (specific growth rate), sr (survival rate) and fcr (feed conversion ratio) in catfish. the optimal probiotic interval for catfish growth and survival (clarias sp) was found in treatment 2 with concentration (probiotic feeding interval of 1 day), with an absolute length growth value of 5.4 cm, absolute weight growth of 5.8 gr, sgr of 5.3%, fcr with a value of 2.9 and sr of 100%. water quality measurement data during the maintenance period showed the temperature values of 25c-29c, ph of 7-7.7, do 6.6-8.2 mg/l, ammonia 0.14-0.95 mg/l. keywords: catfish, interval, survival, probiotics, growth
