Abstrak Indonesia

Sumberdaya ikan adalah jenis ikan termasuk biota perairan laut lainnya yang memiliki daya pulih kembali secara alami. sumberdaya ikan yang tertangkap dengan menggunakan alat tangkap tugu (stownet) adalah berbagai macam jenis. tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis dan laju tangkap ikan dengan jumlah dan kelimpahan yang berbeda di perairan muara bulungan dan perairan muara sesayap, kalimantan utara. penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan oktober november 2022. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif kuantitaf. pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada pasang surut air laut. sampel ikan dikumpulkan oleh hasil tangkapan alat tangkap tugu. keanekaragaman yang didapat sebanyak 30 jenis dan teridentifikasi, yang didistibusikan kedalam 3 filum, 7 kelas, 16 ordo, famili 18 dan 29 genus. ikan dengan kelimpahan tertinggi terdapat yaitu gazza 28,17%, sedangkan kelimpahan terendah yaitu scatophagus 0,01%. laju tangkapan ikan untuk total keseluruhan hasil tangkapan pada perairan muara bulungan yaitu, trip 1 berkisar 2,725 kg/jam trip 2 yaitu 1,089 kg/jam dan trip 3 adalah 8,075 kg/jam sedangkan perairan muara sesayap trip 1 berkisar 1,834 kg/jam trip 2 yaitu 1,375 kg/jam dan trip 3 yaitu 2,581 kg/jam. kata kunci: kelimpahan, laju tangkap, tangkapan buangan.

Fish resources refer to abundant fish and other marine organisms with the inherent capacity for natural replenishment. a diverse range of fish species is captured using fishing gear known as stownets. this study assessed the fish variety and catch rates in muara bulungan and muara sesayap, located in north kalimantan. the investigation was conducted throughout the period spanning from october to november of the year 2022. the research employed a quantitative descriptive methodology. the sampling procedure was conducted during the alternating periods of high and low tides in seawater. samples of fish were obtained from the captures of tugu fishing gear. a total of 30 distinct species were observed, classified into 3 phyla, 7 classes, 16 orders, 18 families, and 29 genera. gazza is the fish species exhibiting the most incredible abundance, accounting for 28.17% of the population. the species with the lowest abundance is scatophagous, comprising a mere 0.01% of the population. the recorded fish catch rates for the muara bulungan fishing are as follows: trip 1 yielded an approximate rate of 2,725 kg/h, trip 2 resulted in a rate of 1,089 kg/h, and trip 3 exhibited a rate of 8,075 kg/h. during the observation period in muara sesayap, the recorded flow rates for trip 1, trip 2, and trip 3 were 1,834 kg/h, 1,375 kg/h, and 2,581 kg/h, respectively. keywords: abundance, catch rate, discard catch.
