
Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Cair Organik Limbah Nanas Terhadap Tanaman Mentimun (Cucumis Sativus L.)

Mentimun (cucumis sativus l.) merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran dari family cucurbitaceae yang popular ditanam di indonesia. pupuk organik cair (poc) merupakan larutan hasil pembusukan bahan-bahan organik seperti sisa tanaman, kotoran hewan dan manusia. kulit nanas mengandung unsur hara makro seperti nitrogen, fosfor, dan kalium. tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah kulit nanas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun (c.sativus l.). mengetahuai dosis terbaik pada pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah nanas terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun (c.sativus l.) penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan november 2022 – maret 2023 di lahan fakultas pertanian, universitas borneo tarakan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (rak) satu factorial dengan lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan. perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair limbah nanas dengan 4 taraf yaitu, p0(kontrol), p1(poc 15 ml), p2(poc 30 ml), p3(poc 45 ml), p4(poc 60 ml). analisis data yaitu anova dengan satu faktorial dan uji duncan dengan taraf 5%. kesimpulan, pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah kulit nanas memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman 2 mst , jumlah buah, berat total buah, panjang buah dan diameter buah. namun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman 3, 4 dan 5 mst, jumlah daun 2, 3, 4 dan 5 mst, dan berat satuan buah. perlakuan p3(poc 45 ml) menunjukkan perlakuan terbaik. kata kunci: mentimun , poc , limbah nanas

The cucumber, scientifically known as cucumis sativus l., is a vegetable from the cucurbitaceae family widely cultivated in indonesia liquid organic fertilizer (lof) is a solution formed by the decomposition of organic materials, including plant wastes, animal and human waste. nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium are among the macronutrients found in pineapple peel. the study aimed to see how liquid organic fertilizer made from leftover pineapple peels affected the growth and output of cucumbers. understanding the optimal dose of liquid organic fertilizer made from pineapple waste for the growth and yield of cucumbers. this study was conducted between november 2022 and march 2023 at the faculty of agriculture, borneo university of tarakan, utilizing a randomized block design (rbd) with five treatments and four replications. in this study, the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer made from pineapple waste was treated at four different levels: po (control), p1 (15 ml poc), p2 (30 ml poc), p3 (45 ml poc), and p4 (60 ml poc). data analysis used duncan's test with a threshold of 5% and an anova with one factorial. the research findings indicate that applying liquid organic fertilizer derived from pineapple peel waste substantially impacts many plant characteristics, including height at 2 weeks after planting (wap), number of fruit, total fruit weight, length, and diameter. it did not significantly affect plant height at 3, 4, and 5 wap, leaf number at 2, 3, 4, and 5 wap, or produce weight per unit. the therapy denoted as p3, with a volume of 45 ml, exhibited the most favorable outcome. keywords: cucumber, poc, pineapple waste.
