Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (i) mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial produk domestik regional bruto dan jumlah penduduk terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di provinsi kalimantan utara dan (ii) mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan produk domestik regional bruto dan jumlah penduduk terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di provinsi kalimantan utara. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel dengan model pendekatan yang terpilih adalah model fixed effect. data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang meliputi produk domestik regional bruto, jumlah penduduk, dan pendapatan asli daerah yang mencakup seluruh kabupaten/kota di provinsi kalimantan utara pada tahun 2012-2021. aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengolah data dalam penelitian ini adalah eviews 10. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk domestik regional bruto dan jumlah penduduk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. serta, produk domestik regional bruto dan jumlah penduduk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah. kata kunci : produk domestik regional bruto, jumlah penduduk, pendapatan asli daerah

The present research aimed to (i) determine the partial effect of gross regional domestic product and total population towards regional own source revenue of north kalimantan province and (ii) determine the simultaneous effect of gross regional domestic product and total population towards regional own source revenue of north kalimantan province. this type of research was quantitative research. this research applied the panel data regression analysis method with a fixed effect model as the selected approach model. the data used were the secondary data which consisted of gross regional domestic product, total population, and regional own source revenue covering all regencies/cities of north kalimantan province in 2012-2021. the statistical application utilized to analyze the data was eviews 10. the results showed that gross regional domestic product and total population partially had a significant effect towards regional own source revenue. in addition, the gross regional domestic product and total population simultaneously had a significant effect towards regional own source revenue of north kalimantan province. keywords: gross regional domestic product, total population, regional own source revenue
