Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesulitan belajar siswa kelas v sdn 037 tarakan. jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kesulitan belajar siswa. populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas v sdn 037 tarakan dengan jumlah 40 siswa tahun ajaran 2022/2023. teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampling jenuh. sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan populasi yaitu siswa kelas v sdn 037 tarakan yang terdiri dari kelas v-a dan v-b yang berjumlah 40 siswa. instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket kesulitan belajar siswa. fokus pada penelitian ini adalah kesulitan belajar faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. berdasarkan hasil penelitian pada siswa kelas v sdn 037 tarakan tahun ajaran 2022/2023 kesulitan belajar faktor internal termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 70%, kesulitan belajar faktor eksternal termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan persentase sebesar 27,5%, dan kesulitan belajar faktor campuran termasuk dalam kategori rendah dengan persentase sebesar 2,5%. hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 40 siswa diperoleh hasil bahwa 28 siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar faktor internal, 11 siswa mengalami kesulitan belajar faktor eksternal, dan terdapat 1 siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar faktor campuran dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. maka, dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas v sdn 037 tarakan mengalami kecenderungan kesulitan belajar pada faktor internal dikarenakan kesulitan belajar faktor internal berada dalam kategori tinggi. kata kunci: kesulitan belajar, faktor internal, faktor eksternal
Abstrak Indonesia
The purpose of this study was to identify the learning difficulties that fifth graders at sdn 037 tarakan experienced. utilizing survey techniques, this form of research was quantitative. student learning difficulties were the independent variable in this study. for the academic year 2022-2023, a total of 40 fifth graders from sdn 037 tarakan made up the study’s population. saturated sampling was the method that was used for this study. the sample for this study was the total population, specifically the 40 fifth graders from classes v-a and v-b at sdn 037 tarakan. a student learning difficulties questionnaire was the research tool used in this study. the learning difficulties caused by internal and external influences were the main subject of this study. this study’s data analysis strategy employed the descriptive statistical analysis method. learning difficulties with internal factors were included in the high category with a percentage of 70%, learning difficulties with external factors were included in the medium category with a percentage of 27.5%, and learning difficulties with mixed factors were included in the low category with a percentage 2,5%, according to research on fifth grade students at sdn 037 tarakan for the 2022-2023 academic year. the results showed that out of 40 students, it was found that 28 students had learning difficulties with internal factors, 11 students had learning difficulties with external factors, and there was 1 student who had learning difficulties with a mixture of internal and external factors. out of 40 students, the results revealed that 28 had learning difficulties caused by internal causes, 11 had learning difficulties caused by external factors, and 1 had learning difficulties caused by a combination of internal and external factors. thus, it can be inferred that fifth grade students at sdn 037 tarakan had a propensity for learning difficulties due to internal variables because these learning difficulties fell into the high category. keywords: learning difficulties, internal factors, external factors
