Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (ptk) yang dilaksanakan di sdn 002 pujungan pada semester i tahun ajaran 2016/2017. subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas iv sdn 002 pujungan yang berjumlah 5 siswa dengan siswa laki-laki berjumlah 3 siswa dan perempuan berjumlah 2 siswa. penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. prosedur tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini meliputi lembar observasi kegiatan guru, penilaian aspek kognitif (tes hasil belajar), aspek afektif (disiplin, kerjasama dan santun), dan aspek psikomotorik hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika pada siswa kelas iv sdn 002 pujungan. hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil yang diperoleh pada setiap siklus, pada siklus i ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif 60% pada siklus ii meningkat menjadi 100%. pada siklus i ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek afektif 20% pada siklus ii meningkat menjadi 100%. kemudian pada siklus i ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa aspek psikomotorik 0% pada siklus ii meningkat menjadi 100%. maka dapat dikatakan bahwa penelitian sudah berhasil dan sesuai dengan indikator keberhasilan. kata kunci: ptk, hasil belajar, kooperatif tipe make a match

This type of research is action research (ptk) held at sdn 002 pujungan in the first semester of the school year 2016/2017. the subjects were students of class iv sdn 002 pujungan amounting to 5 students with male students and female students amounted to 3 amounted to 2 students. this study was conducted in two cycles each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. the procedure each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. the data obtained in this study include observation sheet activities of teachers, assessment of cognitive aspects (achievement test), affective (discipline, cooperation and courtesy), and psychomotor aspects. the results showed that using cooperative learning model make a match can improve learning outcomes in mathematics in grade iv sdn 002 pujungan. it can be seen from the results obtained in each cycle, the first cycle completeness cognitive aspects of student learning outcomes 60% on the second cycle increased to 100%. in the first cycle completeness affective aspects of student learning outcomes 20% on the second cycle increased to 100%. then on the first cycle completeness psychomotor aspects of student learning outcomes 0% in the second cycle increased to 100%. it can be said that the research has been successful and in accordance with the indicators of success. keywords: ptk, learning outcomes, cooperative type make a match
